This Subway is a joke. I’ve given it 2 chances and both times were horrible. This time is so bad that I have to review it. The bread is gummy it’s so undercooked and the “sandwich artist” made a perfectly fine looking sandwich and then completely smashed it when they wrapped it up. The cookies that were also basically raw they were so under cooked.

The quality of sandwich was bad lettuce was old taste bad. The mayonnaise was watered down. The cookies tasted terrible and Pepsi was flat out of the cooler.There was hardly any bacon on it. Subway has gone down hill. They ask for tips on self check out after paying 20 dollars for a sandwich that was terrible. I have been to Subway for years when did the start asking for tips??I threw Pepsi away and will not eat here again 20 dollars for a terrible sandwich and flat soft drink.

Buyer beware. This Subway and all Subways in Lansing and Leavenworth dont accept Subway coupons. First Subway I have ever been to that doesnt. Theu dont even have a sign on the door and didnt inform me till they made my sandwich and I went to pay. Very dissapointing.

The worst subway in all of America…has to be. Workers are the slowest pair of people I’ve ever seen. Want to chit chat while they place 1 Ingredient down at a time. It’s excruciatingly painful to watch. The guy is constantly brushing the hair out of his face with is arm while he moves his other arm at mach negative 12. At 4:28, we were craving an elite or comparable. Walked out empty handed. Dude said hey then looked at the sandwich he was working on. My wife and I were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. I decided to let him finish making it so I used the restroom pretty quick. Came out and stood at the counter. He said nothing. I stood there as he looked at a receipt and crossed things out and readied new sandwiches papers. Time passed by while I waited patiently and he continued to say nothing………… not even an, “I have to finish these and it will be about 10-15 minutes”. Nothing whatsoever. Then I exclaimed to my wife, in a volume he could hear, that he just pulled out a bunch more papers and we might as well go because I have no idea why he is just not taking my order. He saw us leave and it was obvious he wasn’t interested in saying jack.

I was charged twice. After two weeks, I still don’t have my money back. I have shown proof with my bank statement and the app I ordered from. Manager states there is nothing they can do. The wrap I ordered wasn’t even wrapped. It had everything in the wrap and then folded over like a taco. Will definitely never go to any local Subway again.

Location is fine, staff were friendly and orders were correct. No complaints. I do like Subway more after their redesign even though I think the sandwiches are generally the same. Although they did bring back the meatball with pepperoni, so that’s a nice bonus.

Well – I watched an employ change into their work outfit in dining area (to include taking off her shoes down to bare feet). Lettuce and spinach looked like it was guaranteed to make you sick, I should have just walked out but sadly did not.
