I was looking for a sushi place open a little late and this was exactly what I was looking for. Not too busy so great and quick service. Cute little vibe and a nice bar, for a night of sake and sushi. I ordered The Cajun Seared Tuna Roll, Crunch Dragon Roll and Fire Salmon Roll. I love all three and do recommend you try them. Me and my dates favorite would have to be the crunchy dragon roll

Very good sushi and rolls. Service is excellent, and food comes in quick. Not the coziest place (probably because I’m an interior designer and see all opportunities) but the restaurant is nice and well decorated. I can recommend the chefs choice with 10 pieces of sushi, and the spicy roll with tuna and crispy rice. Delicious!

This wonderful place provided me and my family with the best sushi ive ever eaten in my entire life. The food was fantastic, the place was very clean, and I felt very full after I finished eating. I plead you to please please PLEASE eat here. This food was beautiful, im sitting here in the car genuinely holding back tears because of how exquisite the sushi was. The fish was so fresh and just so perfect. I have absolutely zero complaints. Please eat at this place instead of any other sushi restaurant. We went in on a whim and left so satisfied. Me and my family couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was and how the person that made it was SO talented. I love you Ariyoshi Sushi Cafe.

I’m a local and was there yesterday, had a lot of fun and cocktails with the ladies that came for the Ladies Night event. They had $5 for all the cocktails for ladies every Wednesday. I was lucky that I was there and had a chance to try different cocktails and new food- beef dumplings. Service was good, music was good.

We had never been here before and were looking for a place to eat and found it. Its off Wilshire right by Coverdale and while parking is hard to come by they actually have free parking behind the building if your lucky enough to find a spot.
The place itself is pretty dard and I wouldnt consider it traditional. They have a huge menu dedicated to rolls.
We were starving and overall we had a good experience. The service was good and the salmon nigiri and ahi tuna rolls were really good.

The food was mediocre, the sushi didn’t really taste fresh! I honestly think store bought sushi tastes better and is fresher. My boyfriend’s vegetable tempura was good, and his beef teriyaki was okay.
We waited about 50 minutes before getting our food. Pretty sure this is a staffing issue, there was only three people working the entire place.
The happy hour deals were pretty much normal price.
Two stars because the staff were trying their best. Wanted to love this place because it’s in my community , but I won’t be coming back!

Be careful and check your order before picking it from the restaurant. I ordered nigiri sushi here tonight and it smelled so bad when I have opened the box at home. It was either shrimp or salmon, or both – I couldn’t even think of trying it, the smell was that bad. It’s weird that that a cook could miss a spoiled ingredient with such intense smell. This order was a huge disappointment.

The sushi was really bad. It was tasteless and didn’t match the description on DoorDash. $15 for a roll that was supposed to be spicy crab inside with salmon on top. The crab inside was tasteless normal imitation crab meat (not spicy) and the salmon on top tasted strange. The rice tasted unseasoned and looked a mess. I couldn’t finish the food.
