Not a bad vibe. Order was accurate and prompt. Place is large.

But, the bathrooms, big yikes!

You can tell the sink hadn’t been cleaned in probably over a week, seeing how imbedded the dirt and grim was all around the porcelain.

I strongly advise avoiding this location entirely. My recent visit revealed conditions that raise serious concerns about cleanliness, food safety, and overall management oversight.

Upon arrival, the parking lot was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained. Inside, the dining area was uncomfortably cold on an already chilly winter evening, creating an unwelcoming environment for guests. The most alarming issue, however, was the state of the restroom. It was in an unacceptable condition, with vomit left on both the toilet and the floor—an unmistakable sign of neglect and a complete lack of sanitation standards.

Equally troubling was the behavior of the staff. Employees appeared disengaged, unaware of guests, and openly consuming personal food and beverages on the service line—an obvious health code violation. There was no sense of urgency, professionalism, or concern for providing even basic customer service.

While many Taco Bell and KFC locations in the Greater Charlotte and Rock Hill areas are operated by the same company, this particular location stands out for all the wrong reasons. The issues here reflect a clear absence of leadership, accountability, and operational standards. Based on this experience, I will not be visiting this location again, nor will I patronize their affiliated stores on Sunset Road, University & WT Harris, or WT Harris & West Sugar Creek.

This location earns a definitive 0 stars. Guests deserve better, and until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this restaurant under any circumstances.

Do not waste your time or money at this Taco Bell location!

It doesn’t matter if you go through the drive-thru, order ahead on the app for pickup, or use their app for delivery, they are consistently terrible. Every single order we have placed here has been messed up in multiple ways.

First, their inventory control on the app is a joke. They constantly list items as ‘out of stock’ that they actually have when you get to the store. Their app often claims they are out of basic things like Diablo sauce or the Doritos tacos, which is ridiculous.

Second, they cannot follow basic order ticket instructions. On a previous visit they forgot one of my tacos and my drink (both of which I paid for), and they put lettuce on a item that was clearly marked ‘no lettuce.’

On today’s visit we received our order and were missing a mini taco salad and a Doritos taco (that’s another $6 of food we were charged for and didn’t get). And the items we did get were wrong. A taco that said ‘no lettuce’ was covered in so much lettuce it appeared they forgot to put the cheese on it. Another taco ordered with ‘no tomatoes’ was covered in them.

To make it worse, we paid extra for 3 sides of special sauces and only received 1. We also asked for the free Hot sauce packets (because the app falsely claimed Diablo was unavailable), and they gave us 4 packets of Mild for an eight-item order.

Save your sanity and money, and avoid this location at all costs- it’s never worth it.

Immaculate Taco Bell experience- there was a little bit of a wait (expected for a late night order) but the team was amazing, accommodating, AND once we got our food, it was fresh, with ingredients perfectly distributed. Anyone who frequently orders crunchwraps knows the importance of this. I was very impressed by the team and will return to this Taco Bell.

Had to repeat myself multiple times just to get the order on screen correct. Once it was verified as correct I went to the window and I paid

The bag of food I received was not correct/ didn’t have the correct number of items inside so I tried to hand it back at the drive through and was told to come inside to fix it- so me going through the drive through was now pointless as I had to come inside in the rain because they could not do their jobs after taking multiple times just to fix the items on screen-

when I get inside first I was just blatantly ignored … then I was told “you were holding up the drive through time so you had to come inside” the drive through time is meant to keep you doing your job properly not work around the system by forcing someone who went through drive through to come inside in the rain – that is the most ridiculous thing- and I will be reporting this to corporate- you not doing your job is holding up the drive through- I should not have to come inside bc you cannot do your job properly

I decided to get a refund and then he tried to refund me for $18 and change instead of the actual total I paid when I pointed this out he added some sauce packets to the incorrect refund check which still did not come to the correct total- And when I asked for the original receipt back i was told we can’t do that- so now I don’t have a full refund nor the original receipt – this doesn’t even. Have correct items on it

Get my food here once and a while, night shift doesn’t care just wanted to get off. Paid $10 for my food was horrible I got the caliente discovery box was cold, nasty old meat, tea was spoiled. You could tell the food been sitting they were not cooking fresh. I spit out most of it.. pissed

My was food old and cold. The burrito supreme was not made right and everything in it was cold. I also had a nacho chesse taco and the shell smashed and cold. Horrible experience. I do not recommend.
