Need to do better. Everyti.e I come here it takes forever to get my food. 10-15 mi s on average. Tonight? Even worse!!!! Cars wrapped around a building all the way to the beginning of the parking lot. And gonna be here thirty minutes to an hour to get a food that I made online. Need new management and better service!!

I dont eat out very often but when I do I must say the Quality of Food matters to me I tried to call the store 3 times and each and everytime I got sent to Voicemail. Plus I ordered 3 Soft Tacos with Queso Sauce and Sour Cream added and was charged they just only put the Queso sauce on them. I dont know if people just don’t care or what but I do wish my $45 Went somewhere else and plus I ended up having to ask an Employee while I was there to add more fries to my large nacho fries because they only filled it up maybe a quarter of the way!

this is ridiculous. on many different occasions they have given us a comical amount of meat on our tacos. we also got a bean and beef burrito and the beans have gone bad. that stale, rancid taste of something that’s expired 🙁 i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after they got new management i thought things would change, but sadly they have not.

Last time I came it was great had a great drive thru member, but this time not so much she seemed so disinterested in making sure I got my order and my food was more than expected i was not asked if i wanted a large freeze when i had made it my drink on my meal, anyone would know medium or regular size would be the appropriate size for a meal unless asked . My chips and nacho cheese well I have a picture that will just explain that situation, 5 dollars almost for a bag not even half full. My number 8 barely had anything in the tacos only because I asked for no tomato, does not mean they should make portions smaller than meant to be, there is a scoop for measuring meat for a reason. Overall I hated this experience .

New management same thing. The food size went DOWN. Shrink flation is there. Look at the food I got today. 2 week ago my cantina burrito was great and now it’s half the size. The nacho frys barely filled the bowl. I would say that they can’t mess up a quesadilla, but sadly they can. I had more cheese than chicken. Don’t ask for extra chicken or anything because you’ll pay for it but never get it

Man 40 min! It doesn’t even take me 10 min to get here. Not to mention I waited 20 min just to have someone take my order. Surprised my food wasn’t cold though, guess that’s a bonus. Whatever you do stay way from this place between 2-7 pm. There are other good Mexican restaurants around besides here.

I ordered through the app like I normally do when I receive my order I new straight away I was missing my drank the doordasher then went back to Taco Bell and when he did they refused to give me my second drank and stated there was only one but you could clearly see on the label it states 2 dranks no ice yet I received one with ice. My husband also was eating his beefy nachos and was saying they are delicious until he found a raw chip we also asked for no red sauce on it and it came with red sauce I know this order was at 10:30 in the morning but that doesn’t give the right for anyone to refuse to replace a missing order or not taking accountability for a simple issue I used to work there and I remember morning shift always saying something about night shift messing up but every time I order from morning shift it’s always wrong and they always forget my drank there is no reason to talk negative about nights when you mess up just as much

I try not to frequent a lot of fast food places nowadays. When I do this is one of the places that can be counted on for food to be exactly how you want it. The $9 box is a great deal and gives a little variety. Customer service is great and they are very fast even for a fast food place.

Every single time we order on the app and it literally takes 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru and get our food. Then 9 times out of 10 the food is wrong.

This might be consistently the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to quite a lot traveling but living here I’ve been to this location several times and every single time the food is cold and there is half the amount of filling in every taco/burrito there should be. Things happen but this is obviously a large issue for this Taco Bell to happen this consistently and management never acknowledge it. Avoid at all costs unless you just want a Baja Blast.

I give this place a try maybe twice a year.. and every time I try again I’m reminded why I don’t come back for another 6 months
Had a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru, was shorted a box. No surprise there I suppose. Came inside to retrieve my missing food and stood in here for 20 minutes before anyone walked up to the counter to acknowledge me, let alone the 3 people in line ahead of me. Not a SINGLE person inside eating. Was maybe 3-4 cars in drive through. Dude preparing food in the back complaining that he hasn’t had his prozac or any weed today
Writing this review as a reminder to NOT come back. I have no idea how this place is even open at this point.
