The food and the service were very good. The only issues that I have with Taco Bell, which is their over reliance on “limited time” items and their prices for the items that they receive.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went camping over the weekend. We grab tb for dinner so it would quick. Order 24 tacos and few others things. Order a taco that had chicken, guess what no meat on the taco. Chip and cheese the cheese cups were basically empty. The tacos were mad soggy and didn’t have any meat on least 20. Called and talk to general manager, he said he made the tacos of that is the case go back to training. We complained the most he can do a $2 taco for our complaint. Do not waste your time and go to this location. Poor customer service. We spent $50 for horrible food.

Waited 30 minutes for food, no big deal figured it’d be nice and hot when we got it. When we finally got our food it was cold and made completely wrong! They didn’t even put meat or rice the in burritos, it was legit nacho cheese wrapped in a tortilla. Called a couple of times and can’t get anyone to do anything no remake no refund. Even wrote to corporate and can’t get a response. Tired of wasting money so we won’t be back.

I never go through a drive thru if I am in a hurry, but with only two vehicles in line ahead of me… It was 25 minutes from when I ordered to when I picked up my food from the window. All the tacos were cold, I was charged for large drinks, but they only had medium cups available. The staff was nice, service was just extremely poor.

they treated me like trash when i said they got my order wrong. I called them and they cut me off and said “what do you want ME to do about it” A MANAGER said that. when i was ordering, the same person who took my order was the one on the phone and they cut me off while ordering and said “okay got it”. the worst taco bell i have ever been to in my life. terrible food too. if they would have listened, maybe they would be having better reviews.

Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru. Was told I couldn’t get chalupas because the fryer was down. Asked for 3 chicken soft tacos, supreme (which means sour cream and tomato). I took a picture to show, they were NOT supreme, and were cold when I received them. Did not feel like waiting another half hour to fix the mistake, as my mom was in the car and had already waited that long to eat her food from somewhere else. The only good thing I can say is that the girl at the window was nice and friendly. Very dissatisfied otherwise.

It is 10:30 in the AM I’m hungry & luv taco bell food so I come in store & 1st thing I tell the young man about the puddles of water he has left he never cleans it up. I order the Delux Crave Box & all the food is cold except for the side of nacho cheese. They never offered to remake my meal,, I am so disappointed in this store I knew better than to stop here. The one in Hodgenville is a awesome store food is always fresh & hot

Waited a hour in the line, about 20 minutes or more per car. I finally got up there, my food wasn’t even made right. Paid for supreme, didn’t get it. Food was cold. Like if you’re going to take that long , shouldn’t the food be fresh ?

This place is so understaffed! I didn’t want to give service 1 star because the young lady taking the drive thru orders was also making every order! She was doing her best but a 30 wait in drive thru is what got the 1 star. HIRE SOME HELP AT TACO BELL! Give that young lady a RAISE!
