Clean and efficient chain restaurant. Staff is friendly and the dining areas are well-maintained.

Update: 6-8-23: Once again stopped in for a bagel and a lemonade. No bagels even though it was still early. And the drink station looked like it hadn’t even been checked recently as seen in the photo. I understand there can be staffing issues and rushes. But if 70% of your items are out hours before you close? I dunno maybe check on the management’s ability to prepare day to day?

We order from this Panera all the time, and usually they are pretty good. But recently they’ve been leaving entire items out of our orders and skimping heavily on items. We’ve had orders missing a sandwich, then a soup and now a cookie! Please be more aware of your deliveries and quality assurance!

It’s okay as far as dining goes. They have decent food but watch out for their charged lemonades. They have 260mg of caffeine, which is unnecessarily high in my opinion. The service was okay, it seems like everyone working there doesn’t like it though so I think all Paneras need a workplace overhaul if they want to stay in business. The food was okay but not spectacular. It’s a place to grab a quick bite to eat with some friends or eat and do some work. I think a lot could be improved.

What the h***? 10:00 am. Tried to order a souffle. Sold out. All of them. Second time in a week. Another time I actually went into the store and watched the last bacon and spinach get sold to online order while I was waiting in line. Had to settle for the one souffle left – some cheese item, I think.

Sarah was amazing, she didn’t know it was my birthday but she was an absolute gem and made my great day that much better. Food was perfect, coffee was hot. Can’t ask for more from your local Panera.

I got the following email on Jan 12, 2023 after filling out a survey for the worst service I think I have ever had at a restaurant. The were out of bread for sandwiches we substituted then 30 minutes later they call us to the counter and say they were out of the substitute then it took another 10 minutes to get the order and it was cold and the sandwiches were tiny. On top of this the place looked like a college cafeteria after a fire alarm. I replied back to theirs attempt to make things right and have not heard back more than a month later. I find it unbelievable, most unprofessional customer care I have received.

I actually really enjoy Panera’s food and their sip club is innovative and something that I’ve been taking advantage of for a while. My issue is the price spikes. A sandwich that used to cost about $10 is now $13 and that’s with sip club. The side included is a cheap bag of regular potato chips. It’s just not even decent value anymore. What’s more annoying is their delivery pricing. What’s the point of “free sip club delivery” if the sandwich goes up 3 whole dollars. Plus I’ll have to pay a tip on top of that because drivers need them to live. So it’s not actually free delivery it cost $6-$10 more. I understand that this is mainly a corporate issue and not the store itself’s fault, but if nobody complains, what’s stopping them from continuing to gauge their customers? Btw, a lemonade without sip club is now $5 meaning a delivered sandwich with a small bag of chips and a lemonade is now $35. Panera has high margins so this is just literally price gouging.

Food was good, but our sandwiches kind of fell apart. Very messy. Would have been better if we had forks, I suppose.
