Clean and efficient chain restaurant. Staff is friendly and the dining areas are well-maintained.
The “You Pick Two” menu is still, in my opinion, the best value item if you want to try a wider variety of soups and sandwiches.
The restaurant is overall handicapped accessible with ramps from the parking lot, and open spaces for dining indoors. Doors are always an issue, and these still need to be manually opened.

This morning I stopped to get an egg and cheese sandwich. Ate it on my way to work. About an hour later I started feeling nauseous, my stomach got hard and I started having chills. Then about hour 2, I started to feel pain in my stomach and then my body turned achy and I became weak. I vomited a few minutes later at work and had to lay on the floor because I was too weak. After vomiting 3 more times, all it came out was the egg and cheese sandwich, I had not eaten anything for 14 hours, I decided to call Panera to let them know that they should check the cheese because of what happened to me. The woman on the floor told me that it could not have been them because if it was a lot of people would have gotten sick as well. Surprised with her lack of empathy, I told her that it was possible that people may associate vomiting to something else, I happened to not have eaten for multiple hours (intermittent fasting) she argued with me even though she said she didn’t want to argue, she cut me off saying she understood what I said. I told her that I knew she understood me, we were both speaking English, but I was expecting empathy not just a dismissal of what I had gone through. I called out her attitude toward a well intended complaint and she became extremely defensive, I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked to talk to someone else and she put me on hold for a few seconds and then hanged on me. I called twice again and no one picked up. I know a lot of young people work there, I’ve seen attitudes but this lady took it to a different level. Do better. I visit this restaurant often for years, this was new and very disappointing

I always go to this Panera Bread because they are nearest to my house. But also, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They remember your name and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Five stars! Taylor took excellent care to assist me with an allergy concern. Panera always hits, but getting above-and-beyond service on top of top-tier food is a lock at this location. Thank you Taylor, you’re a rockstar!!

We order from this Panera all the time, and usually they are pretty good. But recently they’ve been leaving entire items out of our orders and skimping heavily on items. We’ve had orders missing a sandwich, then a soup and now a cookie! Please be more aware of your deliveries and quality assurance!

Update: 6-8-23: Once again stopped in for a bagel and a lemonade. No bagels even though it was still early. And the drink station looked like it hadn’t even been checked recently as seen in the photo. I understand there can be staffing issues and rushes. But if 70% of your items are out hours before you close? I dunno maybe check on the management’s ability to prepare day to day?
Update 5-18-23: Dropped to 2 stars. Stopped by to grab a beverage, a bagel and a sweet. As always seems to be the case now they were basically out of everything everything. No bagels Almost no sweets. As well as the different breads I wanted when I decided to try a sandwich. Also almost every table in the restaurant was dirty. So ended up with just a lemonade and the need to eat somewhere else.
Standard Panera. Good food, okay service and a little dingy and in need of a refreshed interior.

Kelly is awesome! Came in with a toothache. She was gentle and kind, changed the bread to softer bread and gave the best recommendations. The soup was delicious. Thanks Kelly for being awesome.
