Was in the city visiting family and stopped here on my way home. Drove 20 mins home only to find out they forgot an entire meal. Drove 20 mins back up there to get it and showed them my receipt, told them what happened since it was now a guy working the window instead of the girl who initially took my order. I asked them for a discount or a coupon or something since I had to drive a 40 min round trip out of the way due to a mistake on their part, and the manager wouldn’t even talk directly to me and was relaying messages through her employee and said there’s nothing they can do. I just spent $50 with you guys, wasted gas and time driving back and forth because of your mistake, and you can’t even give a discount? Horrible management service.

This was my first time at Taco Casa, and let me tell you it was GREAT! Teaqua was our server and she was pleasant and helpful!! Anyone that hasn’t tried Taco Casa needs to go!! The food is delicious and the quality and quantity is great!! Very clean restaurant and great atmosphere…it is my new Fav!!!

This is the best Mexican fast food restaurant I have ever eaten at. Their meat is not greasy. Their food is always with fresh ingredient. Their iced tea is delicious and they pretty much serve you with a smile every time. I will return to this establishment frequently.

I have to edit this review. After a while of eating at this restaurant, I will no longer go back. The past couple of times, when we ordered the nachos, the bowl of cheese was only half full. Not my major concern. We ordered from them tonight and asked that they made sure the containers of cheese had enough cheese. They did do that. But I got home to find they left out an item. My husband went back to the missing item, they replaced it with no problem. Now my issue is that I found 2 very long, dark strands of hair in my food. After dealing with the other issues and they lack of desire or urgency to address our issues. I just can’t go back.
