On 03-07-2026 I placed an online order to be picked up at this location. I picked it up. They told me they had no cookies but I could request a refund through the app. I said OK went home to find out. My sandwich is the completely wrong sandwich I go back ask her if she can remake it. She tells me no she tells me they’re closing, but it is 7 o’clock. They do not close until eight. I ask if she Can call her manager she tells me no I asked her if she could give me a refund. She said no this lady had to have been one of the rudest people I have ever met. And then proceeds to tell me that I should’ve taken a better look at what I ordered. I ordered the exact same thing every single time and I have been for multiple years 0/10 I do not recommend this location. She told me to go to the location on North water and they would correct my sandwich, but they are not affiliated with this location very lazy, very rude, and all over not a good experience.

I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches, BMT- With vinegar and oil; got mayo; did not taste good.
BLT- with x-mayo; no sauce at all. I’ve been going to this particular for years. Hadn’t been there for a few years. I will not go back. Sorry. When I spend $23.++ to eat out I expect my order to be correct.

Made an order online and was charged. Went into the store and they said my order didn’t pop up. I showed them my order and the charge on my Apple Pay which shows time of charge and even the location of the store. They still refused to make my order. Basically paid for something I didn’t get.

This particular location has gone seriously downhill. My husband and I ate here a couple of weeks ago and we both became ill shortly after. Our sandwiches were supposed to be deluxe, but neither appeared to have been. And the older grey haired woman working was rude. I don’t know if she was new, or a manager, or what, but she wanted to argue with us when I requested our flatbread to be toasted that ‘toasting it’ makes the bread hard, and that if we didn’t like it, she wouldn’t be remaking it. We nearly walked, because I didn’t like her attitude. Since when is flatbread NOT toasted? I’ve never been to a Subway that HASN’T. I’ve had other misses at this location over the years, but we won’t be back after this one. The sandwiches were terrible. And it was NOT because of the flatbread.

0⭐ I decided to give this subway another chance after my bad experience 7 months ago. I ordered 2 sandwiches online. The toppings were vice versa. Meaning the toppings were switched for the sandwich they were supposed to be on. I returned to the Subway. They were mad at me for pointing out the mistake. I was not rude whatsoever. I was told that I was being ridiculous for returning my wrongfully made orders. I was also told that they don’t remake orders for free. This was not my mistake. Thankfully they did remake the sandwiches. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS DESPICABLE AT BEST… (7 Months ago) I ordered 3 sandwiches online. All the sandwiches had the exact same toppings. Plus my directions on how to cut them was ignored. The people behind the counter acted like they didn’t even care. It’s fine though. I won’t be going back to that location.

Evening woman who works here is rude, she was making faces just because we arrive 10 minutes before closing time. Ordered 3 footlong and it was not fresh at all. If you are tired your boss should let you go home early but good fresh food is expected when we pay you full price
