You know, I was nervous to order from these guys again (this particular store) after they messed up a previous order pretty badly but I’m actually really impressed today. My sandwich came almost exactly like what I wanted (had avocado when I asked for none but it’s surprisingly good so I don’t mind) and they actually gave me a bag of chips and a cookie for free! They even picked my favorite flavor of chips. This was a very pleasant surprise and I feel like it made up for the past mistake. Thanks for being on your game today JJ’s, I know it’s not easy so I appreciate you going the extra mile. It may sound silly but today has been a disaster for me and this order is the one thing that’s gone correctly. Little things like this really do make a difference! Thank you.

I ordered food online and the food took 1 1/2hrs to arrive. They didn’t even get the order right. Then i called them to ask where my food was and they kept putting me on hold without letting me know, I called them to let them know I was dissatisfied and the employee stated what do you want me to do about it? I said I want my money back. He then transferred it to a manager who stated she voided the order out. Who knows if I will get my money back. Very poor service! And it took way too long. Jimmy John’s is supposed to be fast. Never ordering from here again.

Get the freak out of here! Just bought food from here and I won’t even eat it for sure! The fowl language and trashy people that work here! Get it together Jimmy John’s! This isn’t freaky fast ist freaky gross!!! The one lady that helped was super nice and deserves her own restaurant! She is a sweetheart! All I could here inside was profanity and n*#@#* this n#@$” that how does that work with half people being black and half people being white! Get it together Jimmy!!! Only reason you got two stars was because the girl that served me was super nice. Look at the filth. Garbage cans over flowing!! Come on!

My wife, kid, and I came in for lunch. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Run of the mill delicious Jimmy J’s sammy. The employees are what makes it here, super friendly and inviting. Picked up some day old bread for garlic toast and french toast bites back home.

I do not care or read dislike comments from others. From my experience, the sandwich’s here better taste than a subway. As a chef, and commented, low your expectation for fast food because every freaking fast food in Minot is the same, but Jimmy John had good service and friendly staff. Also, the price is suitable for fast food.

Best Jimmy Johns in town! Employees go above and beyond to ensure exceptional service!! I have a gluten allergy and they go out of their way to accommodate me, making sure that my sandwiches are safe from gluten, even if it is ten minutes before closing!! This crew deserves more than 5 stars!!

A few weeks ago I received poor service over the phone, so I hung up, and ordered online. I figured someone was just having a bad day.
Today I ordered online, and after a half an hour I called in to cancel my order; as I had prior plans. I was told that it’s out for delivery now, even though my order online did not show that. I ended up canceling my order regardless.
Update: I ordered jimmy johns again, I don’t know why…. anyways I waited a half an hour only to receive the wrong sandwich, I had to wait another twenty minutes for them to bring me the right one. When the driver showed up I received my sandwich, and was asked to GIVE THEM BACK THE OTHER SANDWICH……so I had to dig it out of the trash, and hand him the wrong sandwich that was almost an hour old. My correct sandwich was gross and soggy, tomatoes were old, and it tasted sour. I will not be ordering from either jimmy johns again. It’s a shame I can’t give zero stars.

Ordered a #16 on my way home from running errands. I get home and there’s absolutely no meat on my sandwich and barely any lettuce, my pickle was also not cut as specified. I call and asked for a manager, I was put on hold for 8 minutes! Only to be told they can’t deliver a remake because I’m in the other store’s delivery zone! No I don’t want to wait on a coupon so I just asked for a refund. Immediately went to the south store. MUCH BETTER everything was done correctly and fast. Friendly staff too!

For some reason, this seems to be the fastest jimmy johns I’ve been too. It could be a multitude of things, but it’s nice being able to order and as soon as you get to the window to pay, your food is ready to go. For under $15, you can get a big lunch that lasts all day and even if, keeps for a few hours if you were to not eat it right away.
