I went two times, and the first time we went.. everything tasted so good, although the spring roll we ordered as appetizer came put the latest… still everything tasted so good.
Because our first visit was so nice we went again the second time and decided we will never go back again…
Food was not as nice, and especially.. fried rice was a bit burnt and smelled/ tasted nasty….. TT also the spring roll was not the same as the first time (the picture also shows the second time was with the thicker rice paper…)
(Maybe the chef that cooked well was not there the second time..?)
Also there are always people smoking right next to sabai sabai in city stars which makes it hard for us to enjoy..

Good tasting Thai food especially satisfying if you haven’t had Thai food in a while traveling to Egypt. Service was good, and prices were reasonable. Overall, a nice, comforting meal.

Delicious authentic thai food. I come often and my favorites : rice paper rolls (Pohpia Viatnam) and Pud Thai. Chicken Curry is also perfect.

Ordered tom yum soup, vegetable fried rice and sizzling meat plate. The soup was excellent but clear not red. The rice had almost no vegetables. Almost plain rice. The meat was tender and excellent. The 3 cooks are thai so they should do a bit better.

Delicious Thai food. The Thai summer rolls were delicious and the sauce was really good. The glass noodle salad was very tasty though a bit too spicy ️ . Chicken noodles no. 66 was ok but not special. Tasted like simple noodles with soy sauce. The staff were really friendly and joyful. The prices are better than other Asian restaurants. Definitely will try it again.

We wanted to try Thai food in Egypt so decided to eat here at the City center mall. Place was neat and clean. We took 5 min to place our order with a starter. We were hoping it would come fast but did not. Came 2 min before the main course. Waiting time for food was 20 min.
Food was ok. Quantity and portion size was very small compared to other thai restaurants. We had to order 2 extra sticky rice. That came 8 min later. And it was even smaller than the usual white rice. We giggled so hard. It looked like smooshy rice for a 1yr+ old.
The servers were nice. They should be more friendly and warm towards the customers. They seemed to stiff and focused on taking the plates. At one stage they wanted to take the starter plate with the salad still on it. Hahahahahah.

I am a fan of Sabai Sabai, I went there many times in their Zamalek branch and this is the first time in City Stars Mall.
I am a big fan of Asian food as all Asian food is healthier than any other cuisine, full of ingredients and flavors. Sabai serves the best Asian food that you will definitely love.
I have tried many plates and most of them are extremely delicious.
I recommend this resturant for anyone who loves Thai and Asian food.

Delicious food that tastes unique and looks exactly like the menu. Reasonable prices for exquisite ingredients and a classy dine in experience. I really enjoyed eating at Sabai Sabai in Citystars mall. I would absolutely come again upon my next visit to Cairo. I enjoyed the sugarcane crab ball appetizer, roast duck with rice main dish, shrimp fried wontons, crispy breaded chicken with a sweet and spicy sauce, and an egg noodles with chicken dish. This installation of Sabai Sabai is on the 5th floor of the city stars mall. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is strangely not as good as the downtown Sabai Sabai, although the difference between the malls is unimaginable!
The service leaves much to be desired.
But…the food is tasty! The broccoli and mushrooms is perfectly seasoned and each one is cooked to perfection! The food isn’t too salty! Also, the pad thai comes in veggie and tofu variety, although it’s not listed on the menu. This dish doesn’t have enough veggies for a vegetarian, but it’s hearty more than enough for two meals.
