I love Whataburger but staffing can be difficult. We finished a late soccer game in Milton last night and we stopped through this drive thru. The young man that took care of us was amazing. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was the friendliest and most competent drive thru attendant I have ever encountered. We had lost our game and his friendliness and service wiped out the disappointment we were feeling from the game. Thank you.

I’ve never had an experience like this before at this location. Usually the food is pretty decent. I custom order due to allergies, but man this is pathetic. Bad lettuce and soggy pickles. This was an $11 meal? Next time I won’t forget my meal prep.

A special GOLD Star to employee Sky and her son Bobby. I was in the drive-thru at the window waiting for my order and my car shut off and would not restart. Sky and another male employee came out and pushed my car to the side. Sky’s son came in after school and when she was off work, she and her son Bobby pushed my car into a parking space on the other side where parking was available. She went over and above customer service for me. My car is in anti-theft mode and shuts off or want start for 25 to 45 mins at times. I was able to eat my lunch in the parking lot while my car’s security reset itself. I can’t thank Sky enough for what she did.

Placed an order on the app, about 6:18 to be picked up curbside at 6:30-6:35. I had gotten a notification at 6:25 that my order was being prepared and checked in around 6:30ish just to get my drink and sit there around 20 minutes. Not expecting to be there that long I went to the counter and waited another 5 minutes without anyone saying a thing to me. Finally I look over where they set there mobile orders behind the plexiglass to see my order just sitting there. Will not be returning to this location

Never had issues. Clean, hot food, order always correct, until the other evening. We went through the drive-thru instead of ordering ahead on the app. I was at the pick-up window and had been there five minutes waiting for my food. But I wouldn’tt complain because I know they cook it fresh . I watched as the employee walked out to a truck parked at the corner, just ahead of me, and handed him a bag. After a couple of minutes, the man handed the bag back to her. She then handed him another bag. After a minute, he drove away. She re-entered the establishment and brought the first bag to the employee at the window. That employee then attempted to hand the bag to me.
I obviously refused to accept the food. I explained to the window person that I witnessed the other employee give that bag to the truck. The other employee denied she did such a thing. Again, I watched her do this, as did my adult daughter, who was with me. So the window person again tried handing me the bag. I said no. The other person had the bag long enough to open the sandwiches, lick the fries, and put the dressing on the salad.
At this point, both employees became obnoxious and angrily took the bag and told me to pull up to the corner where the truck had been parked. At which time I did. I also called the customer service department while I I waited, again. Ten minutes, then 15. Finally, the employee handed me my bag and, without a word,walked away. I continued on the phone with my complaint.
In the end, I didn’t eat the food. It was very cool to the touch, and I do mean cool. AFTER 15 MINUTES IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARCOAL! It was obvious they just handed me the original bag and walked away.
So I received an email from the manager saying she was sorry.

You need to train your employees better. If they expect to be paid then you should expect them to work and be honest while doing so.
It looked as if someone punched the burger with their fist. The salad had been shaken badly, tossing it all to one side of the bowl and the ranch dressing was missing.
