Today I Ordered my grand daughter mcchicken sandwich and it look like they stomped on it. She said the nuggets did not taste how they usually taste. The lunch and dinner crew have terrible management or workers Sunday to Saturday. I went in on Wednesday because the drive through was not moving and several cars sitting without cars in line in front of them. I frequent this location for breakfast. However, I’ll skip this McDonalds and go to the one closer to I70 from now on. Wish you all the best.

I swear this one always has trouble with orders not just at the window but also making it fresh and or correct. The Older man manger could give to cares and always says well there is a language barrier so that’s why the order is not right. Ok I get it for one time but every time. I miss how they could get something right. For them to get something correct would be asking like what 2 plus 2 is. I will now and forever go to the on in Lake St Louis they have great customer service and always get the orders right. Do better!

Been to this mcdonalds 4 times late at night between midnight and 4 am over the past two weeks. Everytime, im told by the same employee the system is down. I could see this being the case one time but it hasn’t been back to back days and like I said it’s all been different times. Sometimes it’s even been for a mobile order that even though I placed it on the app and paid they said I can’t get it and have to cancel to get a refund. Im normally not one to complain but what are the odds of it being every single different time/day? Why can’t I be notified before wasting my time driving there they can’t take orders?

I had gotten a cheeseburger at this location three days ago and it was barely warm and asked to get a new one and was still barely warm and now ive had stomach problems since then and concerned if i have some sort of stomach virus this is not okay this location has been trash for years this location needs to be shutdown for good

This is the 2nd time that I arrive 10mins to 6a and eventhough they are open with workers inside they did not take my order at drive through. I sat for a 2 mins each time. Drove by the windows and I can see ppl inside. This is unacceptable. Starbucks across the street has better service anyway!

Is 2 o’clock in the morning on Wednesday night I said in the drive-through with no other person in line for 15 minutes nobody ever said anything. I pulled around to the window to see if they were open and the guy kept walking past me, refusing to look at me. That’s unacceptable in the service is horrible. He could’ve simply told me that they weren’t taking any more orders for the night even though online says they close at four.

Such a beautiful building and remodel. It’s a shame how dirty it is. We stayed for over an hour and none of this mess was ever cleaned despite numerous employees sitting around. They were not particularly busy but took no interest it tidying up the place. I had to clean off a table for myself since there were so many just left to sit filthy.
