Up to now the food has been impeccable. Sadly, tonight that is not the case. Although, the atmosphere and service is great, the order I bring home is two subs without lettuce, tomatoes, onions or anything else. I asked for them to be fully involved (all the way) and got nothing but bread and meat! We were also asked if we wanted a pickle
of which we said yes and did not receive that as well. I have had firehouse subs for years and this is the worst food I have ever received from any of the firehouse subs I have ever frequented over my travels. Unfortunately, the store is now closed for the evening and the phone is not being answered. Needless to say I am very disappointed!!!!!!

Why would you hand someone a bag wet with food juices? The containers were no better. Just ruins the whole experience. 9 out 10 subs we get the bread is soggy from the meat not being drained after heating.

This place is garbage. They have a ‘build your own sub’ option on their menu. I have ordered a sandwich the same way 3 different times. Once on the app and twice in the store and every time it has been wrong. I gave them 3 chances, which is proof enough to me that they don’t care about their customers they just want your money.

This place has recently become my go-to! The staff and atmosphere are friendly, and I’m always greeted with nothing but smiles when I walk in. The food always looks and tastes fresh, and the staff is always going the extra mile to confirm my order as they’re preparing it. I’m a big sandwich person, so I always leave more than happy, already planning what I’ll get next time. With the fresh ingredients, I also feel much better about what I’m eating. I give this five stars because of the service received by a gentleman named Travis. Extremely friendly, when I walked in he immediately took the register and efficiently took my order. He then went right to work on the order. He took it upon himself to cut and separate my children’s sandwich into three separate boxes. He personally came out and brought the order to me and even bagged up my chips. Very refreshing to get such friendly and professional service. Thank you Travis, keep up the great work!

Order from the app for lunch. Been waiting on my food and called to see what was going on. The person that answered the phone was saying I ordered though Uber eats. I said I didnt but though there app. She said that Uber eats doesn’t come there. Its not like I haven’t order before and had it delivered to me. I wont be eating from them anymore. This the second time something happened.
