I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the drive thru operators. She handed me my coffee and sweeteners with a very rude demeanor. She was an older woman wearing glasses. She gave me dirty looks and spared no pleasantries. They made us wait for our order even tho it was ordered way ahead of time. Once we took our order home we found that we were missing items. I called and reported the missing items and they offered to give me a free replacement on my next visit. However when I told them my name, which was also in the Mobile order, the woman on the phone scoffed.

I never have a good experience with ordering and eating here, almost every time my order is wrong or takes forever. I just made an order in the app and paid extra for stuff added on my sandwich, it took them 30 minutes to even make 2 sandwiches and when I got them the stuff I paid extra for(on the app mind you) was not even on the damn sandwich. plus I paid extra for sauce that I didn’t even get. they also don’t answer the phone ever.

Had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. Waited over 15 minutes for our order while multiple customers who arrived after us were served first. When our food finally arrived, one sandwich was carelessly thrown in the bag and had opened up, making a mess. The chicken tenders came with no sauce, and we weren’t given straws for our drinks or any ketchup.
When I called to speak with the manager about these issues, they offered no apology and simply said we could ‘come back to the store.’ When I explained we were already out of the area, they told us to come back another day and hung up. No attempt to make things right or even acknowledge the poor service.
Multiple problems with both food quality and customer service. Would not recommend.

If I could give them a 10 star, I would! This restaurant is so CLEAN and the staff is so FRIENDLY Jessica took our order and she was so friendly! Just listening to the rest of the staff you can tell that everyone gets along…sounds like an awesome manager!! Everyone has such a positive attitude. I would highly recommend stopping at Hardee’s in Dunlap!

OK can no one in Dunlap read. Mobile order all hashbrowns were missing and had an extra biscuit. Every single fast food place in this city we have had an issue. Can people seriously not read.

Too long for fast food. Service was adequate. I ordered the chicken tenders which I never eat but I did this time. I did not get any sauce. The tenders were terrible tasting. They were hot and probably worth the wait if they had been tasty. Y’all need a new recipe where the batter has seasoning in it. The chicken was too chewy and the coating was just a flour cover. The restaurant was very clean and the workers were very busy doing their jobs. I usually only get the ham biscuit from there but lately that, too, has fallen off in appeal. Too much biscuit and not enough meat. Not the employees fault at all.
