Worst hooters ive ever been to there buffalo sauce ain’t even buffalo i ordered a mixed drink and the bar tender had to pull out a dictionary to make it and still messed the drink up and the prices are high and we called to ask for a refund after we didn’t eat any of it and said the food looked like it hadn’t even been tossed in buffalo sauce and the manager said there just like that we recommend you try them there good. What the hell type of answer is that ive had an issue with a hooters before and they had no issues refunding and even going the extra mile to give us the food we ordered remade for free worst hooters ever no wander there was 8 people in the whole restaurant at 5pm on a friday.

This Hooters location deserves recognition not just for its food and atmosphere, but for its commitment to the community. The staff and management go above and beyond by hosting events like the monthly car show, typically held on the second Sunday. It’s a great opportunity for families to stroll around, check out some impressive vehicles, and then cool off inside with great food and fast service. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and well-managed. Highly recommend stopping by—especially during the car show!

So, anyone that is a Hooters fan knows the brand has suffered a bit over the past few years…. let me tell you this location has their stuff together. Our server, Shayna, could not have been more pleasant. She was knowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions we had. The food…. was…. awesome. Buffalo shrimp tasted like I’d gone back a couple decades to the beach side Hooters I loved so much back in the day…. The burgers equally did not disappoint. Cooked perfect. These folks are doing it right. Bravo Ocala Hooters. We’ll be back…. Definitely.

First off, Learn how to count in your kitchen somebody orders 20 wings they expect to get 20 wings not 16. As for your we’ve changed everything and our butter sauces are what we’re using. If the sauce isn’t on the wings I don’t care if you use butter or not you order a medium or a hot wing you expect to get the hot sauce on the wing, not straight butter with no flavor next if you’re gonna hire pretty girls try to teach him some customer service we had beer drinkers at the table last night to watch football who couldn’t get beer waitress, blames bartender, bartender, blames, waitress, bottom line you’re dead there was hardly anybody in there. Why probably cause the shitty food terrible count on the wings that you’re overcharging for because if you don’t get the wings, you order you’re paying too much and to top it all off you have shitty customer service congratulations. Trifecta of screwing up getting people to come into your place.

Now I remember why I quit going here! We went at lunch time with a party of 6 for a birthday party and to say we were disappointed with somewhat of an understatement.
We were seated in the back section past the bar. As we walked through I noticed the front section was fairly full and there was only two other tables in this back area.
While we were sitting there waiting for a server 2 other server’s approached us to let us know that our server would be with us soon. No one offered to even take a drink order! It was almost 15 minutes before our server even showed up to the table to take our drink order.
We had two drinks coming from the bar and for that the server brought to us. It was about another 20 minutes before the drinks from the bar showed up. They had been sitting there a while as the tall beer was warm and the ice in the liquor drink had time to almost fully melt.
After about 45 minutes the food started to show up to the table. As normal with this Hooters there were deficiencies in the order. Every time we would mention something was missing the server would say that’s cuz we’re making it fresh right now. So after a total of about 20 minutes all of the food eventually made it to the table.
At one point the server stopped with our delinquent food in her hands to have a conversation with other servers while we sat there staring at her. At one point during our long wait, The server showed up to the table with some extra plates silverware on them. We assume that meant our food was coming soon. Boy were we wrong. There wasn’t even enough silverware there for everyone sitting at the table. Eventually we were able to track down somebody busing tables to bring us some. One of our party members ordered a salad. It showed up without the salad dressing. Two of the people ordered side orders of fries that were supposedly being made fresh just for us that showed up cold. The other items that didn’t we just gave up on!
Although there are a lot of TVs in this restaurant. There was absolutely no background noise. Not a TV turned up no music playing nothing going on.
Our total time in the restaurant for a party of six was about 1 hour 45 minutes!

Atmosphere and service is still good, BUT, they have changed their sauces to a limited variety and is now a butter based. It was absolutely the worst chicken sandwich we’ve ever had. Will not be back until they bring back the real sauces.

Never disappointed at Hooters! Its tradition to take our boys (now grown men) for birthdays.. make them dance! Love the Buffalo Shrimp, cold beer. They sometimes host car shows.

I had lunch, big cheeseburger, one of the best I’ve had. Sweet tea and some water and a couple of cold bottles of beer. Tori was one of the best servers that has ever taken my order.
