I’ve been meaning to write this review for months, but better late than never! I had dinner with work colleagues at Nozomu Sushi in Fall of 2025, and it was absolutely lovely. The staff were amazing from the moment I walked through the door. I didn’t know it was a BYOB, but they were able to direct me right across the street where I purchased a couple bottles of wine for our table. We shared a couple apps, and ordered the sushi boat, which was not only beautiful but everything on there was delicious. It also was enough to share for a table of 6. I’m not often in the New Hope area, but this is definitely on the list to revisit.

Wow where do we begin.
First we were greeted at the door for our anniversary, with no wait time at all.
Brie was our server and it couldn’t have been any better! It was our first time here and it felt as if we were regulars. She was VERY knowledgeable about the menu and didn’t make us feel rushed at all.
Before you even order your mains you MUST get the crispy rice tots. This will have you wishing you order 2 more orders of it.
Now the sushi? Absolutely the best we’ve ever had. Extremely fresh and worth every single penny.
We couldn’t fit dessert but were greeted by the owner on our way out of some alternatives on our drive home. we drove 1.5 hours but would easily drive 3 for this place!
Definitely would recommend but almost want to keep it a secret just for us our only regret is not finding it sooner that last time we were in New Hope.
Top notch food, top notch hospitality! We’ll 100000% be returning in the future!

Nozumo is truly a hidden gem and hands down the best sushi in Bucks County. Every single bite was incredibly fresh — you can genuinely taste the quality and care that goes into each dish. From the sashimi to the specialty rolls, everything was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor.
We started with a few appetizers — the kani salad, spring rolls, and gyoza — and they were all absolutely delicious. Each one was full of flavor and the perfect start to the meal.

We was here last Saturday evening right when they were just open.
We chose to sit by the deck since the weather was nice.
The first thing i realized was they didn’t clean all the chairs from the green nasty pollen before they open the place.
Our waitress was Rose and she had the great customer service experience to us.
The appetizers was really good especially the spicy tuna tartare.
The kani salad also was really good.
The sushi wasn’t the best, we had better sushi than this, the rice feels like overcooked and Nozomu has small menu.
I had spicy pork platter at the dinner and i didn’t taste any spiciness.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! One of the best sushi places in the region Such a good selection and the quality of the ingredients really shown in each dish. Our waitress was very helpful and we ended up ordering three rounds. Highly recommend the New Hope, the Dynamite and the Pink Lady rolls. Also, be sure to try their rice tots. They’re like crack ❤️

I was blown away by this restaurant. It was by far the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to. The price was good, but where they exceled was in the the service and atmosphere. Th service was impectable. The atmosphere was very quaint. I had the godzilla sushi. It was perfect. I loved the combination of sweet (mango) and spicy. Also liked the little bit of cream cheese in it.

We were excited to try this new sushi spot in new hope. The service and all of the staff were exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. The food was a little disappointing. We enjoyed the fried rice “tots” but the spicy tuna was pretty bland. Overall the quality of the fish in the sashimi and sushi rolls was average and a subpar value for the price. We’ve since realized that most restaurants in new hope in general can charge a premium because a lot of tourists come through and will pay so that can be expected. Overall overpriced and underwhelming, but great service and nice atmosphere.

Service was top notch here. We didn’t get a chance to reserve ahead but ended up stopping by when they opened and getting a seat for two adults and toddler without hesitation. Server Alyssa went beyond catering my daughter needs. She gave us a side of mango slices and shrimp crackers to satisfy her. Alyssa was also knowledgeable with the type of sushi they offered. We will come back 100%.
