Not impressed for what I knew Ruby Tuesday’s used to be. Salad bar was mostly empty, especially the meat choices. Ordered the bourbon chicken and it literally tasted like a chicken breast with bottled sauce poured on top, grilled corn had the texture of 3 day old corn, mashed potatoes on the runny side and not alot of flavor as though they were old too. Going to McDonald’s when we leave so I can get full.

Not really one to leave reviews but i don’t want to see anyone spend their hard earned money for this quality food. Ordered steak and shrimp along with deconstructed beef tips kabobs. Steak was to be cooked medium rare, came out well done. Kabobs beef was over done soo much could barely stick a fork in it. Was told that the kabobs are pre cooked then recooked to order. Why? It takes like 2 minutes to cook this. Food was sent back. Restaurant was about a third full on a Sunday at 12:45pm. Was told they are sorry and they are backed up in the kitchen. I cant tell you how many sorrys and apologies i heard at other tables along with ours about the mistakes and poor quality of food being served. So it is now 2:10 pm and the 2nd round of food is coming out. Manager just came out to apologize and take those dishes off our bill. Appreciate that but I don’t think I will ever return to a Ruby Tuesdays again.

We were seated right away and where we asked to be seated. Our waiter was exceptional! He suggested the queso and chips to start, the queso had a good flavor, but needed to be thinner. The chips seemed like they were out of a bag, just ok. For my entrée I got the fried pickle double smash burger, fried pickles, onion, tomato, cheese and BBQ sauce with onion rings. My burger was very good, I especially loved the fried pickles on the burger. The onion rings were nice and crunchy. My friend got a smash burger with tomatoes, onions and lettuce with mayo and onion rings. We got served very quickly and curtiously. They do have daily specials, but they are not on the menu, but the website, so you have to ask. The prices were fairly decent. I would go back again.

Patience was our server. She was right on, friendly, efficient, and very pleasant. She was busy and didn’t miss a beat. It’s refreshing to see a server with such a sweet personality and doing a good job too!

First, we love the specials – their BOGO deals are wonderful. It’s why we support this restaurant. They have wonderful staff, great food, at reasonable prices.
Secondly, Destiny was our server and she did amazing. She was VERY attentive and had a great personality. She suggested pairing their endless soup with our lunch and it truly made a difference. (Btw, right now they have lobster bisque, potato or broccoli and cheddar—you can’t go wrong with any of them, especially on these cold days.) From beginning to end, she was genuinely delightful.
After this experience we requested to speak to the manager because typically people only want to complain, but we felt they ALL needed encouragement and a reminder they’re doing a great job. Keep the smiles, focus, and sense of humor all while continuing to extend excellent customer services.
Trust me, it’s appreciated! (5 stars)

Mainly came for the garden bar and couldn’t even eat from it. It wasn’t maintained AT ALL food everywhere mixed around. Brown lettuce scraps, dried out options.
The whole restaurant needs a deep clean. Floors are gross, tables are gross. Only two tables here in the whole place and they took forever to microwave our dinner.
Won’t be back until the place gets new owners or it’s a completely different restaurant.
0/10 would not recommend getting food poisoning from here.

I ordered a full rack of ribs, and it was really good. The server was basically alone since a few people called out, but she kept a good mood and did a good job with her workload, all things considered. The order came out in a decent time and she was attentive. The parking is good and the noise level isn’t loud, so people can talk easily. It is pricy, though. So I wouldn’t recommend it for casual eating out. Definitely a place for special occasions. But I have been to Ruby Tuesday’s multiple times and have never been disappointed with their food quality.

Paul was our server and he was absolutely fantastic! We have been traveling up from Florida all day long & we came in late at night. Being able to have his amazing energy and him cracking jokes was just the most perfect ending to our vacation week! If we are ever down this way again, we are definitely going to come visit him! And the fact that he has the same name as my younger brother, even better!! Dinner was so delicious also!! Salmon & Bourbon Chicken, both A+!! Thanks so much Paul!

I was very excited to visit here because it’s been years since I’ve been to a Ruby Tuesday. I’ve rarely been so disappointed in a restaurant. The hostess was nice. That’s the extent of the good. Way too much to detail here. For $27 for one person, I expect so much more. (For reference, I was there around 3pm on a Sunday. Very few people in the restaurant.) I cannot recommend this restaurant at all.

Server was great. No wait at lunch. Salad bar was good. Croutons were the best ever. BUT, kabob steak was extremely well done on a mid rare order. No seasoning, difficult to eat leather. But it happens sometimes. I’m not the type to send things back to the kitchen. I’m sure they would have refired another steak for me if I would have spoke up. I’ll just stick with the burgers.
