I put in an online order tonight at 8:04pm. I had my husband pick up the order. I ordered bone in wings and hatch chips and queso. When he finally got home with the order 45 minutes later the wings were NOT bone in… They were boneless, dry and cold and looked like they had been thrown on the floor. The queso was only half full and luke warm and all the chips were stale!!!! I called into The manager on duty Nathan and although apologetic, the food quality was unacceptable!!!! They told me they couldn’t issue a refund the same night for some reason so that was equally as irritating so I will be calling as soon as they open next day to make sure I get my money back!!!!! Terrible. I also have several pictures of the pathetic food we received!!!!

me and my girlfriend ordered two burgers and some appetizers took almost 25 minutes for food to get out including appetizers and main dish when there was only one other couple in the whole restaurant once food got out I took one bite of my burger and realized something was off upon farther inspection. The burger was not all the way cooked through. Looks like it had just been thrown on the grill, frozen and rushed. i’m not one to complain about a medium pink burger that is usually what I order but this one was beyond medium pink almost completely raw

Paiyten absolutely crushed it. I have been going to BWW for my entire life and this was the best experience I have ever had. She made great recommendations on appetizers, drinks, desserts, and followed through on every request without hesitation. She is a very kind soul and I will be coming back to this BWW just to see her. Please hire more people like Paiyten!

Tried to come in and they had plenty of tables available but said they couldn’t seat us for another hour and a half because of low staff…. But there was 3 people just standing around. Was a win though because we ended up going to Wingerz and had great service and great food.

Food took A WHILE, and by the time it arrived it was a little warm, not near hot. I feel like if wings are your thing, they should come out steaming hot EVERY TIME. They also were barely sauced. As a wing lover and a first time at this establishment, i am disappointed. As far as atmosphere goes, i think the ambiance is way too brightly lit but otherwise they had great tvs with various sports which was nice. However, when people come to watch games, eat and have drinks, i think they want a little more dimmed lighting so it did feel a little odd to me, kind of like eating in a cafeteria. It was clean!! Bathroom was clean, tables clean, but otherwise the vibe didnt hit.

Trash all around. Service was terrible from the start. Blonde older lady was our server. Very rude. I never had a server hold their finger to my face and say one moment. Not once but multiple times, after that “1 moment” was 15 minutes ago. Multiple people at my table were treated the same and not one person or table around us was treated this way when asked for a refill or anything. Not one “1 moment ☝️ “ hm. Lady was trash at her job. Wings were dry but flavor was good.

We ordered wings for superbowl on Saturday around 11am for a Sunday 4pm pickup. My husband arrived at 3:50 and said it was crazy busy. He had to wait until 4:45 to get our food and never once did a manager or anyone come out to help or offer anything for the inconvenience. I understand that is a busy day, but after reading other reviews this seems pretty common AND if you don’t have the staff put a cap on online orders or don’t take call ins.

Took my family to BWW for a dinner early so we would miss having to wait for a table. Food is great, drinks are great, the server must’ve been tired cuz she kept yawning while talking with us. But that’s whatever and she did a great job as well. The thing that got me was the condition of the bathroom. It’s the second time I’ve been there and been totally grossed out by their bathroom conditions. I was there at 5pm so definitely not a busy time they had plenty of time to address it. Seems like a culture problem to me.

This was absolutely awful. I will be contacting the health board about this one. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with a side of fries and one container of ranch. The chicken in the chicken wrap was completely frozen.. no joke.. the fries were so stale they seemed like 3 day old fries that were left in a bag outside. And the ranch cup was EMPTY. Straight up EMPTY. Who does this? Why is this place even open anymore. I thought “one more try” and I regret it and probably have food poisoning.
