I love many McDonald’s places in the city, but this place is awful. A few times during a year I came here to get coffee. Usually fresh brewed coffee in McDonald’s is very good. But here, 2 times of 3, the coffee they served was cold! Last time (12/21/2025) even more: I asked for coffee with packs of sugar and creamer on side. He brought me slightly warm, almost cool coffee without packs of creamer; I realized they already added creamer.
Probably, because, it was not freshly brewed coffee, the employee tried to improve it’s taste by adding the creamer into it.
By he way, in front of me, some lady was also surprised with her tea, which was also quite different from her order.

At 12 today the lady at the back window who took are order was terrible. We had to order 3 times and she still got it wrong. We got to her window paid for our food and she was on her phone and drinking. It is very unprofessional and a health violation, I know from prior experience working at another location it is strictly not allowed to drink anything on the floor because it is a health violation and definitely not allowed to be on your phone.

I ordered my meal and waited for quite some time. The young lady at the counter didn’t call my number but when she walked away with her purse I discovered it had been set out without calling my number. I got my food but had been waiting for my drink too. I had stood at the counter waiting while the manager stood with her back to the front counter. A young man named Jesse who I think was on break, asked if I needed help and I had said I was just looking to get my drink. It was there on the back counter but had not been put out front. I think Jesse had great customer service attention and kept my rating higher than a manager stuck text messaging with her back to the front counter. I’m really impressed with Jesse and his observational skills and willingness to step up when he saw the problem. Jesse was the manager in this instance. I’m thinking he has great potential and takes his position seriously.

I know as the owner you aren’t going to just take this message and not do anything about it but The worker SHAY went above and beyond to make my day. She was fast and her attitude was fantastic. This was probably my best McDonald’s experience I have ever had. She was fantastic. Hopefully you reward her for this.

I ordered through the app curbside. I got there and a few minutes later the app notifies me that my order is being made and it will be 2 to 5 minutes. I ordered breakfast and watched two whole lines of cars get their food at the drive thru while I was still waiting on my order. I called and they didn’t answer until the 3rd time calling. The lady on the phone said that they would bring it out when it’s ready but couldn’t give me a timeframe and gave several excuses why my order was on the back burner. If you accept a job make sure you actually want to do what is required of that job. They simply didn’t want to go outside to give me my order. You also could barely hear the lady on the phone almost like she was scared to talk. They at first didn’t want to refund my order told me I had to do it through the app. They don’t even know their own cancellation policy because once the order is being made it cannot be cancelled. So I had to come inside and still wait to even get my refund. It’s very hit or miss if you get fresh food or good service. I don’t recommend this location.

Service was terrible. Went through the drive through on 2/26/26 supposed to be open 24 hours. And I was there at 3:40 AM, the guy told me that the manager told him to not take any more orders until 4 AM. Then he was a smarta_s when I said you’re supposed to be open 24hrs. He said “Um, yeah ok and?” So I said um ok then in a drawn out voice he said”Ummmm ooookaaay”. So I drove away. Terrible employee…

This McDonald’s has went downhill the last few years! This is the second time This week my family has received terrible service and old cold food on top of wasting my time and gas waiting in line for almost 20 minutes to receive my order incorrectly made and outdated dried ashy nuggets so then I waited another 10 mins waiting and pulled to the side for my order. I ended up never receiving my food and then only receiving a partial refund after waiting for over an hour! All I ordered was a 20 pc nugg with 6 sauce and 2 snack wraps no lettuce! Sadly both wraps made wrong and nuggets cold and old my spouse went without dinner and never received my full refund even though the manager took the bag with all the food and sauces he only gave me a refund for one wrap and the 20 pc without sauce those sauces are 50. Cents a piece thats $3.00 in sauce they stole from me and didn’t pay me back! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT !

I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve given this location chance after chance and never will again. Just waited in line for 40 minutes. I paid on the app, or I would have just left. Sat at the window where you pick up your food for 20 minutes. All I had was a double cheeseburger and a triple, some fries and a kids meal. I saw about 7 workers walking around looking so clueless. Idk where management was or teamwork, but it was severely lacking. Y the recent reviews it looks like it’s been going on a lot recently. Then I got my food and it was cold and wadded up in the wrapper and not even closed. Then the kids meal was incorrect. I will be asking for my money back.
