I’m never one to complain. I work customer service at a restaurant. I know things happen. However, when I found a gum wrapper in my drink, I was floored honestly. I’m not writing this to get anybody in trouble, but I do think it should be corrected. Most people would’ve threw a bigger fit than I did. I just asked for a new drink. The lady was super nice though! The food was good and made right.

Very disappointing. Went inside and ordered at the counter – not the kiosk. I ordered a couple cheeseburgers with no ketchup. Special, not off the warmer. Buns were… crispy. Burger was so cold the cheese food slice didn’t melt?! That’s a cold burger. Of course I’m back on I-75S and not turning around. There are a lot of choices at this exit, choose another.

I had stopped here on my way back home from Myrtle Beach recently and received a good burger so I visited again. I have high blood pressure so when I eat out,I order No Salt,perfectly capable of adding my own Seasoning if I want. I ordered a Double Quarter pounder meal and it was prepared to my taste and was good! Andrew helped make sure No Salt was on grill and not in Fry bin so No Salt on Fryes! I really appreciate this! Evidently I have concluded not all McDonald’s are the same.It really does depend on the crew! Update…stopped again,Renee was very helpful keeping Salt off my burger and new fries w/o Salt! Update 7/10 Stopped by again for breakfast,I got two sausage,egg,cheese Mcmuffins and an unsweetened Tea. Everything was fresh and Tea was good and strong! Very friendly people.I will go back.Jeremy took my order enjoyed talking to him.UPDATE 12/28/23…I really hate to leave this but hopefully management can figure what’s going on! I am Diabetic and have drank Unsweetened Tea for over 30 years and don’t drink Sodas either! I know when the Unsweet Tea in lobby has sugar in it even a little bit.The drive-thru is good!! As a Customer and Diabetic that can recognize Sugar by the taste since I don’t do sugar in drinks, I think that I can request the Unsweet Tea that I think is alright across counter for drive- thru. I would suggest washing out container very good if container had sugar accidentally in it before! Is there not Cameras watching employees making food and drinks? What I am curious about, is why is it the lobby only Unsweet Tea and not the drive-thru unsweet Tea too? This has happened 2 days in a roll.The only thing I drink is unsweetened Tea with no artificial sweetners for 30+ years or water! Seriously drinking Sugar can be extremely harmful to a Diabetic even in low amounts!! Update 1/8/24 Unsweetened Tea was good in lobby! I was told that somone on 3rd night/shift was using wrong tea bags,some Tea bags have sugar already in it. I asked if color coded,she said yes! Mgr said someone was just hitting the sugar button while making the Unsweetened Tea! Glad it has been taken care of! Update 2/24/24 Awesome Unsweetened Tea in Lobby! Thx Update 5/11/24 I went for Breakfast(2 sausage/egg McMuffins,Apple pie and Unsweetened Tea).Soon as I walked in I was told to use Kiosk.I asked and employee said short handed on people. I am older and don’t like using the Automation.I usually have Dietary Restrictions.I tried 3X and then machine told me to insert Credit card. I just don’t want to do that because some Machines store Information and could lead to problems! While there another younger lady with a kid didn’t want or know how to use Kiosk like me and kept asking me how to use it I watched employee show her how to use it. But while we Struggled, same employee took an order at counter! I finally gave up and Walked out. I am really thinking about selling my Stock in this company! Why not have both full service and kiosks! How is this more efficient if public don’t know how to use machines. Update 6/27/25 Friendly people and Good Customer Service. My food was prepared how I like it according to my dietary needs! The burgers was great,had no Salt and not over cooked!! The unsweetened Tea was awesome and fresh! Thank you! Update 1/10/26 Awesome staff,Mgr Zonya gets my Burger and Fryes right,No SALT,Awesome Unsweetened Tea,good food,customer service!

Stopped through on the way to North Carolina with two young kiddos. Service was great. Food was hot and fresh. We used the kiosk to order. Bathrooms and the establishment were clean and the employees were so kind to us. I didn’t catch his name, but the man with dreads will most definitely make sure you’re taken care of and will treat you well! A better McDonald’s than that in my hometown for sure! Would recommend and will revisit on the way back through.

Just got home from going through a drive thru in Adairsville Ga. I allow my daughter to eat fast food once every other week and she almost always chooses McDonald’s. Today 10/11/2025 on order 1302 from McDonald’s 29678 the kitchen left the meat off of her bigmac. There were no special instructions. She just ordered the number 1 with an icee coke. No meat! We don’t live close to McDonald’s so this is a treat she looks forward to and this is not the first time that you have dissapointed.
