Food was fine, everything else was horrible. Came inside, was maybe 4th in “line”. The people in front of me waited almost 15-20mins to receive their orders. Person working window had a horrible attitude and was yelling at the only 2 other people working (heard 1 was new). I didn’t realize i placed a mobile for DT not inside. Had i not said anything no one would’ve ever asked me because no one was being greeted or asked their names. Placed my order shortly after 1pm, walked out of the store with my 3 ITEMS at 150pm. That’s insane. Whoever runs the store and only scheduled 3 people the day before a holiday during lunch rush is ridiculous. Typically have good experiences at this location but today pissed me off. The whole operation was horrible.

This was by far the worst taco bell I’ve been to in a while. Asked for no sour cream because my wife has an allergy, first thing she opens is loaded with it. It’s not hard to follow instructions and leave something off and order. This place blows, try and go to other locations
To their credit, I did call and speak to a manager that night and was told my food would be remade as long as I came within a week. I went in this evening and everything was remade and the young lady who was working the drive through and counter was very friendly and understanding.

I went to this location several weeks ago and ordered some of their double decker tacos- which is one of my favorite items on their menu. Not only did they get the order right the first time- which many locations seem to not get right- the tacos were full and made correctly. I would really give this location a chance because there are other Taco Bell locations that do not do it justice. When I ordered inside- this one got it right.

Tacobells in this general area are the absolute worst. Avoid at all cost. I had a piece of wood in my potatoes, and they used a dirty disgusting wrapper for my burrito which was extremely soggy and falling apart.

Bro I order 2 things on a mobile pick up at 1 am and they refuse to answer the drive through and act like they’re closed when they just don’t want to do their jobs. Pathetic. Rather be on their phones or something. Pathetic generation!!

I usually go here all the time but not sure if they hired new people or I just never encountered this cook before but the food has been made wrong each time and not sure if this was in my taco that I didn’t eat or if it was in the wrapper but either way it’s disgusting. Won’t be returning here.
