Just stay away from this location. I have gone here too many times due to its proximity from my work place. It’s obvious that there’s a lack of management in this location. Sometimes the staff is too busy hollering at each other to even greet you at the window. One time a staff member was on her cellphone yelling about a “racist coworker” other times the food comes out incorrect, cold and messy. If you want your order to be correct and feel like you’re not a burden to the restaurant, just go to the Wendy’s next door. Otherwise try South Huntsville. South Huntsville location is FANTASTIC.

Very mean manager this evening 7/19/2025 at 7:30p! She has no customer service and she was hella rude! My food was made sloppy and usually I don’t have any complaints about this particular McDonald’s but today was just the worst! Her face is blocked for privacy!

My recent visit to this McDonalds was no less than disappointing. My first impression of the service was that it was exceptionally uncomfortable, slow, chaotic, and unconcerned by the presence of customers in line. The employees were demotivated and disinterested, not even having the minuscule sense of urgency or enthusiasm. I was forced to wait too long before I received food that was supposed to have been prepared within minutes despite making a simple order. My order was eventually received but it was the wrong one and I had to wait once again to get it corrected.(For context: I asked for a plain cheeseburger, and they got that incorrect.) At that stage, any professionalism and efficiency had long since disappeared. It is disappointing to observe that such a popular place could not even perform the simplest tasks of customer service and quality control. It is clear that this place requires more effective management and training to be able to match the minimum demands of a fast-food restaurant. If I was the manager, I’d prioritize work ethic. The employees are entitled to say the least, so is their managers. I’ve witnessed police remove a man wrongfully, and I’ve witnessed customers faced injustice on several occasions. Their food is alright when done properly, but I suggest heading elsewhere if you wish to enjoy McDonalds.

Hands down the worst experience, even at this McDonald’s which always has bad service. Still gave it a chance only to end up with cold food, waited 15 minutes when they only had 3 other people in the building and a couple cars in drive thru. But let’s talk about the manager that went screaming through the dining room because a customer asked her for something. Real professional. Let’s take a look at this burger to ♀️do better dude

They only seemed to care about bite squad orders, the regular customers just stood there waiting until it had been such an absurdly long time, then had to flag down the employee and ask. Over 20 minutes waiting, 10 after the board showed my order had been completed, multiple other customers experienced the same thing.

Getting through the drive thru was easy, waiting in at the stall number for 20 minutes, for a single item that costs $2 was unbearable! I ordered a Mcmuffin, well done toast, and I had to walk into the building, ask for a manager, who completely ignored that I was there, and then had to catch her out the door to remind them of my order. Muffin was cold, not toasted well done, and I was now running late.

Never in my life have I ever waited 35 minutes inside a fast food restaurant for food.
The staff was EXTREMELY put off and rude.
Every single person working the food line / area around the end of the food line absolutely ignored everyone who was standing at the counter saying excuse me I need help… I mean every single employee.

I have been standing here for 25 mins now! I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers a large fry and a vanilla shake! Maybe they had to corral the cows in the pen and pick n peel the potatoes!
Several doordash orders went out the door and so did drive thru orders!
