I had brunch with family at this IHOP. Our server, Tamara, was a sweetheart. She was quick, attentive, and had a wonderful personality. She was helpful with food choices as well as with pure kindness towards my young grandchildren . The food was tasty amd served hot.

Today only is 2 stars as they completely left out half of the order on the Biscuits and gravy combo.
I suppose one could argue that it is our responsibility to check the tied bag with the receipt on it and check,but wouldn’t the tied bag suggest a complete and accurate order?

Food was pretty good, prices have gone up for sure. Our waitress was very nice and attentive even though they were fairly busy for a Sunday morning (last Sunday). My only complaint would be making sure things are cleaner like dishes and tables. Will be back great job staff

I came in early this morning for breakfast with my daughter and we were lucky enough to have Cynthia as our waitress. From the moment we sat down she brought such a warm, welcoming energy that it honestly felt like my sister was the one taking care of us. She has that rare ability to make you feel at home right away, checking in at just the right moments, cracking a few genuine smiles, and treating my little girl with so much kindness.
The food was exactly what we needed to start the day. The French toast was amazing, perfectly golden, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. My daughter got a pancake with a little smiley face on it and you should’ve seen her light up. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that make a breakfast feel special, not just like another stop on a busy morning.
Cynthia made the entire experience feel personal, not transactional. She didn’t rush us but she kept everything moving smoothly. It’s clear she loves what she does and it shows in how she treats every guest. If every server had Cynthia’s heart and energy, every breakfast would feel like a family gathering.
IHOP, if you’re reading this, Cynthia deserves all the recognition. Thank you for giving us a beautiful, cozy morning that we’ll definitely remember.

I’m a disabled person I have a hard time getting around but I came in because ive been craving for some pancakes, when I went in I was waiting for 4mins before someone came to help me to my table then I ask for some coffee, she got my coffee n I told her I was ready for her to take my order, she said she’ll be back omg I was waiting for at least 30 minutes she never came back. I was looking around for someone else to help me but the lady was busy so I got up and left. I was really sad and mad at the same time I wouldn’t come back here anymore very bad service

They can use bit of staff addition. Pretty much one or two attendants run around to serve numerous customers at one time. Hardly got them to return to our table when we needed something basic.
Food is always delicious . Hot and ready. We are a bunch of regulars here and enjoy it every time.

The restaurant was clean, service was lacking and inexperienced then they presented me with someone else’s check which was less than mine. No, apologies no thank you’s for bringing it to their attention. They would have has a cash problem at the end of the day if I didn’t tell them.

literally the worst service and experience. the waitress actually had dirt under her fingernails. our food took 45 minutes to come out and the bacon was pale literally no color or flavor. i don’t know what they were serving but it wasn’t bacon. the syrup had hair on it. i would not recommend!

My daughter and granddaughter went in today. Took a long time to get seated and order taken. They brought out the wrong food for granddaughter. Took forever to get a new order. When they went to leave an employee chased them assuming they were dining and dashing. My daughter told the person payment in the form of a gift card and cash were left on the table to cover the bill. I personally gave them the gift card in a Christmas gift. From now on I may think of purchasing a different restaurant gift card. Shame on you I-hop.

Im a local here, I’ve been going here for along time. I would be careful of that one waitress, I believe she’s Mexican and short, she’s probably in her mid 50s. Just recently left my sister with my card to pay the bill, usually it’s 50 dollars but then it came out to 70 something dollars, I couldn’t believe it. She definitely added an extra tip to the bill without my consent… literally stealing! That’s bad for business…
