Took 39min for delivery! I called after 25mi. To find out where it was. Was told “delivery guy just left with like 4 orders. Should be about 5min.” Not the 1st time this has happened. I had 5min to eat before my break was over.

Occasionally order sandwiches for the family. Any order with more than 1 sandwich there’s usually missing toppings or toppings that were requested to be left out. Lately though they have been making my cubano or ult porker on slim loafs. This is the third time. Will not be ordering from this location anymore.

What happened to Freaky Fast and Fresh?? Not sure when they started using Uber for delivery but it has NEVER taken 29 min to get my food, 1 sandwich (except that one time my order was delivered somewhere else?!?). And,, because of that my “Toasted ” sandwich was soggy.. I have ordered toasted chicken sandwichs in the past and they were toasty.. I understand it was lunch time but they need to make sure deliveries get out faster, like they used too…

Me and my husband went into Jimmy John’s and had a very disappointing experience. When we walked in, there was a group of kids just standing around playing, which already made the environment feel unprofessional. The cashier, a girl with short hair in a bun, was rude with a nasty attitude. She also didn’t seem to know much about the rewards program or even basic information about the menu. I felt like I was being profiled and her overall service and tone made me very uncomfortable.
Eventually, someone in a red shirt came over and helped us, which I appreciated, but the whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Customer service matters, and this was not a good example of it.

My order was mostly correct. Today was the 2nd time at this Jimmy John’s Sandwich Shop asking for “No Onions” on my Unwich only to find a significant portion of onions on it when I unwrapped it. At least I didn’t get bread! Otherwise the food was up to par and service ok too. Accuracy matters. Freaky Fast is ok but I’d prefer Freaky Accurate.

I go to a lot of Jimmy John’s, but this one is by far the best. I go here pretty often and they have never gotten my order wrong. They are always quick with the service and the food always taste delicious. When you ask for extra, they truly put extra on your sandwich and everything always taste fresh. I’ll never stop coming here.
