Stopped at Wawa to fill up my car and everything worked exactly the way it should. The pumps were clean, clearly labeled, and fast. No confusion, no waiting, no malfunctioning card reader. The area felt well-lit and orderly, which matters more than people realize when you’re just trying to get in and out. I was back on the road in minutes. This is what a gas stop is supposed to be.

Normally I enjoy this Wawa, but it’s got some issues. Specifically today, I wanted a Decaf coffee, cause surprise, not everyone wants a ton of caffeine everyday. Apparently after a certain time of day, they refuse to make it. You’re a Wawa. Coffee of every kind should always be available unless you literally ran out. One employee deciding which coffees get made is weird to me..Make the coffee you’re supposed to cause its your job.

I ordered in-store and waited for 10-15 minutes for my hot macchiato. Finally, I asked employee A: Do you have my order 720? She asked Employee B, and Employee B pointed to the mobile pick-up area and said: I put it over there. ????? TBH, not happy. A Sorry makes it better. 🙂

Service is always fast, but the orders are never accurate. It’s not even just for build your own or custom, you can order something like a Tart Cherry Frozen lemonade which is directly off the menu and they will bring you a regular frozen lemonade. Clean bathrooms, and altogether nice inside. At night you got some creeps that hang around after about 11pm though.

Went to this Wawa to get two fresh made frozen drinks and a fountain drink plus gas on 6.19.25 at 3:40 pm temperature was 90 degrees. We were told by the ladies making sandwiches that if we took our cup to the lady making drinks we could get ice for our fountain drink. We got our cup and took it to the lady making drinks. The lady making drinks who said her name was April stated they could not give us ice because they needed it to make drinks. She said we could buy a bag of ice to use for our fountain drink. Buy ice and pay full price for our fountain drink. I have to say I am disappointed with the customer service. Needless to say, we did not get the fountain drink.

Order a ham hoagie WITH pickles and pickles on the side. Got a hoagie with no pickles at all, not even some on the side. The ham tasted like it was soaked in salt and my hoagie had a bunch of cucumbers and onions but no pickles.
