Came here 2-3 times since they opened, sushi is good, sashimi will be extra charge but sushi is not.
Server is friendly, sometimes they forget your order but they will make sure you get what you want.
Down side is Tempura always come with Vegetables, can’t not just be shrimp, and there is not hibachi.
But overall it is a good AYCE place is WS.

We came here on a Wednesday evening. We dont typically do all you can eat sushi places as we have found the quality to be lacking in such establishments. But there was snow and ice and not many places were open.
This is a stand out sushi spot in WS. We got the sushi for 2 instead of the all you can eat sushi. It came with 2 miso soups, 16 pieces of chef’s choice nigiri, a Rainbow roll and a crunchy roll.
The fish was tender and fresh. The proportion of fish to rice was perfect. The presentation was beautiful and our waitress was the best.
We will be back to try some of the more specialty rolls.

Appear to be understaffed with slow service.
The all you can eat option only makes sense if you want to eat more than 2 rolls. So, for most people, it’s not a good choice. They make you pay full price for whatever you don’t finish so choose wisely.
The quality of the sushi is average. That being said, my family enjoyed their meals.

I highly recommend this restaurant for dine in or pick up. The sushi is so fresh, beautifully served, and flavorful. The owner’s are fabulous and friendly. I found my new favorite sushi place. Be kind, and patient with staffing, they are doing their best and are so accommodating and attentive!

We came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday because she loves sushi, and I will say this was a really great place. The food was delicious. They seemed a bit short staff, but it wasn’t anything that would keep me from coming back. I would actually love to try more food on the menu because everything was delicious. I really love the clear soup it was amazing.

We had such a great experience at Sushi Sho, and Maree truly made it exceptional! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She checked on us at all the right times and made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. Her recommendations were spot on! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Between the outstanding service from Maree and the amazing quality of the food, we’ll definitely be back. Great sushi spot! Loved the tuna tataki, takoyaki, sashimi deluxe, and the yellowtail sashimi which just melted in my mouth. The Tiger Roll was a standout with spicy tuna, mango, eel, and salmon. Good service and a nice, cozy atmosphere. I live far away, but every time I pass by, I make stop here and I’ll definitely be back! ✨
