More times than not, we’ve gotten half raw, severely undercooked pizza from here. The pizza “looks” good from the top, but as soon as you bite into it you know you have a problem… And so we checked the bottom, and what do you know, literally was not cooked all the way through. Again this isn’t a one time incident, it has occurred multiple times in the past. Pretty pathetic for an actual pizza joint. I can go to Trails End or the Marathon gas station and get some absolutely delicious pizza from there instead of this place…

Better make sure you check your bone in chicken wings when you pick them up. They’re expensive and half the kind minor raw. Will never order wings somewhere again. Tip those guys way too much money to get home and have raw chicken wings four different times. No refund and they never made it up. Talked a lot of shit though.

Order was delivered like 25 minutes early, which was annoying, but we made it work. The real problem was the MOLDY dough! We were eating, I noticed a small blue line on a breadstick (crazy bread) my daughter was about to eat… I pulled it open and there was mold all throughout. We opened up a bunch more breadsticks and there was mold in almost all of them. Picture attached Dinner and appetite completely ruined for everyone. We threw away the crazy bread and the rest of the pizza. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Buyer beware.

We usually have no problems here. However, this evening I went and got dinner. I attempted to order a custom pizza with mushroom, green pepper, and ham and was told that they “couldn’t” do custom pizzas, no other explaination, I didn’t want to be “that customer” and changed my order. I wanted to ask how my husband managed to order the same custom pizza, that I was trying to order, earlier in the week, but chose to try to understand that maybe there was a reason other than him not wanting to do what it took to place the order (especially since I know that they can usually do a custom pizza)

Apparently they haven’t trained the employees to make the food properly. It’s like they hire them and say there ya go do your best. Bread sticks are barely warm have no butter so the Parmesan falls off and is drier than the desert. The pizzas are over done and stale. This place has been going downhill for months.

I have never had a bad experience with them. People make mistakes, and if anything was done wrong, it sure wasn’t a big enough deal for me to remember or make a fuss about. It always tastes great and especially for the good price!! And as long as they haven’t been too busy, you can be in and out with an Hot-and-Ready pizza. And it doesn’t tend to take that long for an ordered pizza or two to be ready. No complaints:)

First time I was actually really disappointed. My boyfriend and I just wanted to get something to eat after a long day at work. We would’ve thought that Little Caesars wouldn’t take long at all to wait. There was nobody in the building and we were the first one there. We ordered a pizza combo which cost us close to 20 bucks. They told us it would take 15 minutes. We sat there and few more people came in and most of them instantly got their orders. We waited 40 minutes! We had to say something and they said that it was a long day and it was just the two of them. I’m sorry but it doesn’t excuse how people got their orders before us and we waited way longer than others. The food quality is alright. Honestly the customer service wasn’t the greatest. Me and my boyfriend will take our business somewhere else.

Not sure what happened in the last couple of months but the quality here has dropped off so hard. Used to be great for Little Caesars but now they can’t even handle cooking a pizza all the way through. We used to order from here multiple times a week but I don’t see us bothering anymore. It costs too much for the garbage quality food.

The young lady who was working late last night cooked the best pizza and crazy bread I ever had from Little Caesar, and she was super nice!! I don’t know what she did differently but it just seemed to be perfect and I have been eating pizza from Little Caesars for almost 50 years. I will definitely order pizza from here again!!
