I’m pretty sure the manager on duty at least on December 18th at 5:00 p.m. is reselling food orders they get wrong. They gave me a regular cheeseburger, when I ordered a double cheeseburger for my dog, which isn’t a big deal at all. I didn’t know they still made regular, single patty cheeseburgers, but apparently they do. I drove through the drive-thru a second time, and told them the problem, and they told me to pull up to the window. I got to the window, and the girl didn’t know what was going on, so I showed her the burger had one patty, and that’s when the manager walked up. She quickly told me to quit touching it so much, and to give it to her. I was a little shocked, because I didn’t think they were allowed to take food into the windows, but more shocked that she couldn’t explain to me why she wanted me to quit touching it. Her explanation was that it was weird. All I was doing was opening the burger so she could see that it was one patty instead of two. Eat at your own risk.

Be ready to wait a long time for your food if you’re dining in. Everyone that was dining in, including myself, had to go to the pick-up area to let an employee know they’ve been waiting a long time. Then, and only then, they would get their food. It seems like the priority is the drive-thru, while the dine-in customers are barely acknowledged. At one point, I considered leaving when I wanted to make an additional purchase at the register because the kiosk said the item was out of stock when it actually wasn’t. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be checked out because the employee also had to make the orders of other customers who have been waiting, and were complaining. Overall, beyond subpar service for dine-in. I have used the drive-thru at this location in the past, and the wait time has been more reasonable. The food is good for what it is, standard McDonald’s flavor. That being said, the employees I interacted with were really nice (only so much they can do), but their system needs to change if they want to leave a better impression on customers.

Fast, Hot, Delicious breakfast. The people are so nice and cheerful! Awesome crew. I got the Big Breakfast. Haven’t had it in a long time. It’s as good as i remember, just more expensive. But what isn’t anymore ♀️

This location is honestly the WORST. They are already having an issue. Placed a mobile order, gave code in drive thru and was told to pull forward. After waiting in line I get to the window to pick up my order and they tell me they couldn’t pull my order and there was nothing they could do and it “should” cancel out by the end of today. The app wouldn’t let me cancel it because it says they’re already preparing it and they would not accept the receipt as proof of order. So I’m stuck with hungry kids in the car unless I can afford to pay double for the food and there’s no guarantee I’ll get a refund because he wasn’t sure if the system would refund it automatically like it should. The worst part, is he seemed irritated with me about a glitch in THEIR SYSTEM.

I went today to get two kids meals and an ice cream cone.
Their ice cream machine never works.
For the kids meal I asked orange juice and when I saw them I thought they were like water but I was like ok maybe it’s me and when I got home and tried them, it was literally water, not juice.
You can see how diluted it looks in the picture plus the fries are less and cold.
When this McDonald opened it was very good and now in just couple of months went down very bad.
Never buying from this location again.

Why does McDonald’s park you every time now? Just ordered Big Mac and quarter pounder meals. Nothing custom. Does this happen to you? I usually just say no. Husband driving do he did. Going to be 10 minutes and cold food with no ketchup. Again. Mac Donald’s. Watch your movie and fix your drivethroughs!

Absolutely atrocious service. Would never come back to this McDonald’s. Whoever took our order (name not included how convenient). Rushed us to order, got our order wrong. Did not give me a receipt, slammed the door after giving me my card and I had to ask for a receipt. My order is wrong, the “manager” came and also gave us the wrong order AGAIN because she did not listen that the receipt is wrong. Most pathetic service, obviously you hire anyone with a pulse. Worst customer service I’ve ever had, even for a McDonald’s.

The worst McDonalds in the history of McDonalds. Slow. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to give me a soda with no one in line in front of me. Others standing around waiting for food. All employees were working the drive through. Zero customer acknowledgment. Never again.

I cannot recommend this mcdonalds or the one in keller. It seems 1709 is cursed. Spending 30+ minutes waiting on 3 items for a to-go order is not great. During the whole time I did not see a single employee come out to the multiple customers waiting at the counter trying to get anyone’s attention. Once they came out to place my order on the counter I could barely hear the employee that tossed it onto the counter as well.
