⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Kettering loves our Chick-fil-A! I stopped by the drive through for a late night dinner. It was about 9pm and a bit chilly. The girl outside was keeping warm inside her little outdoor hut. She was very kind and had a great attitude and she didn’t rush me through my order at all. I appreciate that. Our food was fresh and hot and they were not stingy with the sauces to which I really appreciate. Missing sauces can ruin a perfectly good dinner. However we had everything we ordered with our extra sauces and everything was GREAT! Thank you to Chick-fil-A and their employees! Good job ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went through the drive-thru. Which was a horrible design. The workers seemed confused. Orders came out out of order, so the cars behind the people in front would get their food but still have to wait until the front car received their food before anyone behind them could leave. They forgot my straws and I had two drinks. Do they not salt the fries?

Hadn’t been to chick-fil-a for some time. My chicken biscuit sandwich wasn’t awesome like I remember. I’ve had better from speedway and it was considerably less money! I didn’t finish eating it, which is rare for me not to finish any food I get.

Today I placed a mobile pickup order for a breakfast burrito and breakfast chicken sandwich. The burrito is my new favorite ! I enjoyed every bite. I added the jalapeno salsa and Chick-fil-A sauce to it to make it even better! Ashley and Taylor were great They listened well and brought my food out front to me. I was grateful for my experience and we’ll be back again soon.

After waiting over 30 minutes to place my order, I got a single combo meal with nuggets and waffle fries. I asked if I could just have a cup of the cheese sauce for dipping & was told yes. After reading during my wait to order online about the difference between the floats and chilled frozen sodas, I very intentionally ordered a small root beer float, I even repeated this twice to the order taker. I did not receive my cup of cheese sauce and got a root beer soda instead of the float version I had ordered. Cashier ‘Isaiah’ also misgendered me calling me a ‘ma’am’ when I am a full grown man with a beard. Very disappointing because I only went for the cheese sauce. The waffle fries were dry and not hot. 0/10 would not recommend this location.

went through drive thru, ordered two meals one spicy chicken sandwich meal and one grilled chicken club meal, guy forgot my entire meal, giving only my husbands meal and two drinks, didnt even marking down my meal, so had to go back through the drive thru again to reorder my food. waiting yet again back through the drive thru to get a very cold chicken sandwich, tasted like it had been sitting out no warm. super disappointed.

This has to be the most frustrating Chick-fil-a on the planet. You ask for sauce, do you get sauce? nope – almost never. They also gave me sour tea….have you ever gotten a mouthful of sour tea? yikes… =(

Friendly staff with food about as decent as you expect. I’m not a huge fan of the driveway setup, but they are doing the best they can with the space they have. The crew has forgotten items from my order a few times now, but they have given me the items whenever i return with my receipt, so it’s not too much of a hassle. Make sure you check your bag before you leave so you save yourself a trip. Very busy most of the time, but the staff is still great.

Much like every Chick-fil-A, spotless, neat, friendly, efficient. It was a bit anal about sauce amounts, refills, etc. I can’t fault this location as its my first time here and my family wanted to check out this Chick-fil-A.
