My wife and I visit this store every weekend while out running our errands. As soon as we walk in the door we are greeted like friends. Kim the weekend manager knows our order and is always ready with a smile. Hinesville is not a small town but walking into this Panera Bread is like walking into Mayberry, everyone is friendly, the food is ALWAYS spot on and it’s super clean.

Just moved back into the area and was looking for a healthy lunch option with outdoor seating and free wifi. I chose Panera because the girl on the phone seemed so helpful when I called. The staff was SUPER friendly and pleasant. They had great, healthy options and fruity tea without sugar. I opted for a salad with the bread as a side, and wasn’t disappointed. Everything was delicious and fresh and the patio seating was comfortable and shaded. I’ll definitely go again. Great experience all around.

I came to meet a friend for a quick breakfast and chit chat. The cashier was very friendly and the service was pretty fast. I got a toasted plain bagel with the strawberry cream cheese (sorry, no pics). It was really good, but one thing I don’t like is how they leave your food on the counter for you to pick it up…uncovered, for anyone to touch on purpose or by mistake. Anyway as my friend and I were catching up with what little time we had we noticed the place was really empty… AND a bit unkempt. Tables weren’t clean, the floor was littered and dishes sat for nearly the whole hour we were there. I think the staff should/can make better use of their time. Keep the place tidy during the down time.

Ok food. But this was a pretty inedible apple they served me . I get that not many people order the apple side but they offer it. But dang it was a smaller delicious that was obviously hanging around for awhile. So brown inside. If u r going to offer that option, u need to do better

Lately this place has disappointed me! Every order i have placed in the last month there’s been an issue, not receiving all items in the bag, orders not made correctly, missing drinks etc. Such an inconvenience to leave with your order and get home or back to work and don’t have the correct items, order made incorrectly, consistently! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and then for the lady at the window to get an attitude and say we’ll you need to make sure you have all your items before departure. SMH
