If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Their food was cold and tasted like it was left out and reheated day after day. The chicken was hard as a rock! My husband tried to bite into it and it was dry, the meat was darkened (almost black). I will NEVER be coming back to this place.

So the food got one star because there was a bug in the gravy. I told the waitress and I was polite and discrete about it. I told her where it came from but saw no one change the food out. The atmosphere I gave two stars because I assume a manager/ supervisor openly confronted a customer in the middle of the buffet area and loudly told her to leave. She was not loud with him but he continued to raise his voice and make a spectacle of the situation. While the waitresses acted like nothing was happening and tried to distract other customers. I gave the service five stars because the lady I showed the bug to was very attentive toward me after and made sure I had everything else I needed. Overall I left unsatisfied. Would have left but I wasn’t alone and did not want to ruin the experience for other people who did not find any issues with their food. Food quality has gone down. The hibachi in the back was clean with polite staff. That was the best part of the restaurant.

Excellent Chinese buffet. The food is very flavorful, fresh, and there is a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything is well organized and constantly refilled. What really stands out is the Chinese decoration—it’s beautiful and authentic, giving the place a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

so this has to be the worst buffet ive ever been to, but my mom loves it so we took her on her bday, i spent 150$ plus a tip, the manager comes over and says oh the waitress forgot to charge you for the cup of coffee, i said to him your worried about a 2$ cup of coffee after i just spent 150$. he says the tip is not for the store its for the waitress, lol. Now heres the bad part a few years ago we went here and there was a roach in my dads drink, i showed the manager and he just dumped it out and gave me another drink, This place is nasty.

Typical Chinese buffet. If you enjoy quantity over quality (like me) come on over. The restaurant is clean and conscious of sanitary issues. I really enjoy the variety here. The Mongolian grill is pretty good and has a good selection of meat, vegetables and sauces. The best part is that the price is very reasonable!

I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life NEVER have I had a server ask me for a tip, like I was planning to leave 25 in cash but paid with my card, when the server came back to the table she looked at the check and said ummm where’s the tip, mind you already having had a pretty eh attitude the whole time we had been there, we told her cash and she ROLLED HER EYES, yeah no that tipped dropped to 5, my husband didn’t even want to tip but regardless of how bad the service was I still understand that its a tip based business. Sucks I grew up going to buffet city it used to be my favorite place but after that whole interaction I’m good on going back.

I ate the hibachi grill after seeing wings that looked as if they were overcooked by ten minutes and left on the buffet the entire time I was there. Not one person dared to try those burnt wings. Building, restaurant is in dire need of repairs and remodeling. The bathroom was a safety hazard in more ways than one. Our waitress was the positive of the visit. She was friendly, courteous and fast and on top of things. I did find some shrimp on the buffet that was good and the Hot and Sour soup was the very best thing I had. It was really good. Restaurant in dire need of remodeling and needs a kitchen manager that wouldn’t allow burnt wings to be placed in the buffet. I wonder if they are still on that buffet.

The food is top tier from the hibachi. The chefs are absolutely amazing. I rarely eat the buffet though I typically grab a couple items with my hibachi togo. It’s a wide variety of items, everything I’ve had was warm fresh and pleasant. The staff ladies are my favorite part, they are always smiling and there to help and offer assistance. The atmosphere is the main thing you’ll have to overlook if you dine in. It’s pretty boring for a buffet but the food surpasses that in my opinion.

We went for my daughter’s birthday. Prices were reasonable for a buffet. $127 for 5 adults and 1 child. Overall food was pretty good (never have super high hopes for buffet). Our waitress was nice enough during the service but what happened after she brought the bill is why I’m rating this so low. We paid with a credit card and were planning on leaving a cash tip on the table when we left as we always do. When she returned to get the receipt she checked the tip section and saw it was blank, she turned around and flat out asked us for us to leave a tip. As a former waitress myself (10+ years) I ALWAYS tip because I know how it is but to outright ask a customer for the tip is unheard of.
