I don’t leave negative reviews unless it’s really bad. This McDonalds SUCKS! They maybe get 2 outta 10 orders completely correct, they always forget items. They weren’t even busy and it took forever to get my food even though I preordered it 10 minutes before I got there, and still I was missing items. How hard is it to read an order board and check the bags to make sure everything is there and correct. Fast food workers think they deserve more money, we’ll prove it and earn it…..

OK, this This isn’t the first time this is happened the past month. Ordering my food on curbside to go and not getting what I asked. You can see my order from my screenshot. There’s no substitutions there’s no adding it’s plain and simple double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. And what’s even better is the food that I settled for Didn’t even have bacon on it. I am so tired of having a settle for food that is not mine or what I did not order and not get at all! Someone needs to be managing these people making sure the orders are right!

The stupid app automatically selected this location instead of the one across the street. I already know that the quality here is terrible, and yall didnt disappoint.
If youre going to send lukewarm, 15 minute old fries on a delivery order, understand that they are going to be room temperature before they even arrive. Dont even bother sending them at all if they arent fresh cuz they go straight in the trash. Even the geese dont want them.

Pretty bummed out after getting lunch here today. Husband had to go back in for missing items after being asked to pull up to a spot and wait for our food. In fact, in the 4 years I’ve lived close by and frequent the restaurant, I’ve noticed that each and every time we are asked to pull up and wait for our food in a marked parking spot our order doesn’t come out correct. Never, not once. However, it was sucky to get home and find that our items did not contain the monopoly pull tabs. We ordered specific items to be able to participate in the game and we never got the pieces. We will be back, because we love fast food but just thought I should share our experience.

I know that McDonald’s fills a lot of orders so I don’t try to complain when something isn’t exact if it is messed up. For this though had to write something. I ordered a coffee and my girl a drink on the way home. I was told to please pull forward why they made the drinks. Ten minutes later I went inside and found that they just decided not to fill the order! The machine that makes our drinks was broken. The manager apologized and worked to make it write which I appreciated. I felt ripped off though as none of the employees made me aware. From my experience the staff here can ruin your meal!

This is easily the worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to, hands down. Not only do they park you almost every single time, although somehow the food is still lukewarm AT BEST, but I’ve been completely forgotten about twice.
I can honestly say, I have never received my correct order from here, ever.

Usually good service/food but not always. They do try to make up for it by remaking the order,but its just one thing after another. How do you miss bacon on a bacon quarter pounder? And they don’t always fill up your cups to the top usually about a half inch to an inch low.

I know y’all have had some issues with evening orders. I know I have in the past. But the morning shift…the breakfast is always good. I have never had issues with breakfast food & the morning crew service. I love to go through some mornings and get hash browns! Line moves quickly and hash browns seem fresh!

Team was completely disorganized. Not many patrons dining in but they still were parking drive thru cars to wait for food and lost my order qhich was only 1 hamburger plain. Manager was about 17 years old, didn’t apologize and didn’t find out what happened. Morning crew at this location is great but afternoon crew on Sunday was a mess.
