Extremely Disappointing Experience — Loyal Customer Lost
I’ve been ordering sushi from this location for years, and I have never been as disappointed as I was today. I specifically called ahead and asked the manager to include extra spicy mayo, sriracha, and ginger with my tempura rolls. When the order arrived, each roll came with one tiny container of sauce—barely enough for a few bites.
But the real issue was the food itself:
Both boxes of rolls were completely soaked in ginger juice, leaving the tempura rolls soggy, mushy, and inedible. The rolls were also extremely skimpy—almost entirely rice with barely any avocado or salmon. I attached a photo, though it’s hard to capture just how pink and waterlogged the rolls were from the ginger.
When I called the store, the manager didn’t apologize or try to make it right. Instead, he argued with me, insisted it “won’t happen next time,” and refused to remake the order simply because my husband and I had eaten a couple pieces while starving. After putting me on hold to call his father (the owner), they both decided they would do absolutely nothing—not even remake one roll.
This is incredibly disappointing, especially after years of giving them our business. Treating loyal customers this way—cutting corners and refusing to stand behind your food—is exactly how businesses lose the people who support them.
I never leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning!

Food was incredible! I got a sushi tempura roll, one of the best rolls I’ve had in years. Also the fettuccine alfredo pasta tasted devine. Prices were really good as well! Service was amazing, they brought all utensils directly to us neatly arranged. Having a restaurant side by side with the gas station is really convenient for picking up drinks, lottery tickets, and your other gas station needs. Would highly recommend!

Off the beaten trail but surprisingly good. Friendly service. small eat in area in the gas station. The food was really tasty. The pizza was great and the fries were nice and crispy. The impossible burger Baguette was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
