1st time I have been to this place. I thought is was very nice. The chicken strip dinner , was ok. I personally would do 3 PCs and make them bigger a bit. Better plate presentation. And better quality , just in my opinion. Price was good for what was offered. Will go back to try a burger. Service when taking order was very good, the young lady was very pleasant.

This was a really nice Braum’s. The ice cream was great, and the employee we dealt with was very approachable and friendly. It was busy when we walked in so we talked more than usual and it’s great to interact with employees who aren’t robotic in their tasks.

Took my daughter there for some dady/daughter time. Which happened to also be after a baseball tournament at Randol Mill Park. Considering how busy they were, the service was pretty good,, and the food was well prepared. Now my only gripe is that the trash cans in the lobby was overflowing….BAD! and the condiments and napkin dispensers needed to be refilled. But like I said, they were really busy. Overall, we did enjoy the service our meal and sundae. And my daughter mentioned how NICE the cashier was to her a few times. I cant recall her name…but THANK YOU for being friendly even while you guys were swamped with customers! You customer Service was impeccable!

I visit once every few months as a self treat when i have money to spare.. i think i creeped out the cashier today when i visited sleep deprived and talkative… I almost forgot to pay for my shakes… I think she may have misunderstood my words…. I’m also very expressive with my body language so i think it only added to it… I remembered my mistake before they finished the shakes, after i saw the price signs in the grocery side. I apologize for seeming like a shoplifter but i tend to ramble and wander a lot like a dazed child when I’m sleep if the employees saw something suspicious it was probably my bad joke about a family members intolerance to strawberries…
