Great staff. Mainly spainsh employees but no language barrier. Always great cuatomer service. Kiosk wont accept cash, rest of the transaction is done at the counter to save them time on completing orders as fast as they come in.

This place tries to steal your money. It’s a total scam. When you order on the app the app charges you. They try to say you haven’t paid and then they make you pay again. I was in a rush on Saturday morning in the drive thru so I just paid a second time. When I got to work and checked my bank account I saw that the app charged me and then they charged me again. I went back that afternoon and had to explain it three different women who were all trying to tell me that the app didn’t charge. I showed them both transactions on my bank account app. The amount charged was $6.52. I told them I just wanted that money refunded back to my card. After arguing for a few minutes one of the ladies just opened the cash register and gave me $7 in cash back. Weird they wouldn’t have just refunded it back to my card. They tried to do the exact same thing again this morning when I went through the drive thru with a prepaid order on their app. I said no, I have paid. Here’s the proof. I had to argue again for a bit with the lady at the drive thru window before they finally relented and gave me my food. I think it’s some sort of scam where they’re charging people twice, but only billing out one order and they then pocket the money. And it seems like all the employees there are in on it. McDonald’s corporate should take a look into this as their employees are stealing money from customers.

I went to this McDonald’s around 9-10pm tonight(10/01/25) and the food was hot, fresh and the service was great. They even salted the fries perfectly. We had to wait for our nuggets, but they came out faster than they said and the manager greeted me with a smile. He even went as far as going back in to grab ketchup without us asking. The energy was all around good. I prefer this McDonald’s regularly, but tonight they went above and beyond. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Why are customers being asked to pull around when there is no line and only 3 things were ordered? Corporate needs to look into the way that a lot of these McDonald’s are fudging their order turnaround numbers with this strategy. We ordered egg McMuffins and the English muffin was clearly bad. It should not have been served to people. The taste was one that you get when English muffins are expired. Despite waiting about 5 minutes around the front of the building for our food, even though there was no line, we received McMuffins that clearly had been microwaved or reheated. The hash browns were so greasy that it tasted like eating warm oil.

We stopped at this McDonald’s on our way to put our sweet Jack Russell of 15 years to sleep on July 31, around 3 pm. We wanted our girl to have the best day ever, taking her to the park, and getting her a McDonald’s Happy Meal since she loves her “papas fritas”. We just want to thank this location for the kindness of the drive-thru cashier and the girl who came out to hand us our food. We never said anything about our dog, but both girls genuinely said the same thing, “I hope you have a nice day”, and they seemed almost like they knew, maybe it was our puffy eyes from crying so much, maybe they’re just kind, but it made such an impact that I had to write this review. Thank you, sweet McDonald’s girls. Our little dog went to the park, swam in the creek, had a Happy Meal with fries AND a cheeseburger as her last meal on this earth. I hope she gets all the McDonald’s fries and ice cream cones in heaven. Thank you again for your kindness.

Food is fair. Good enough for what fast food can be. But this store was freezing. Brought my children with me to eat inside while we waited for my husband at his Dr appointment. Then I watched refuse to help a customer because he didn’t want to use the kiosk. Which I think are just horrible. Not everyone uses a card. And people like to order with a person, not a machine!

I had a great experience at this McDonalds today. Alejandro was very helpful, courteous, and asked me how he could help—it’s awesome to see his focus on customer service. He even cleared my tray at the end of my meal and made sure I had everything I needed.
The burger and fries were hot and fresh and came out fast. The updated restaurant, free/fast WiFi, and efficiency here is great to see. Props to this franchise and their employees.

This mcdonalds seems to generally have higher standards than others. It’s more often the food is more fresh. The staff is more friendly, etc.
