We 1st sat at a table (non-booth) and the table was EXTREMELY wobbly. We tested out 2 other tables and they were exactly the same. You can’t lean on the tables because your drink would definitely spill. We decided to move to a booth and there was crumbs all over the seats so before sitting so we cleaned them just to sit down. I don’t work at Logans, Im a guest. Pretty nasty. Need to step it up on the maintenance and sanitation. Other than that, service was prompt. Our waitress was excellent and the food was very good. Won’t visit this location again.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered curbside and no one ever came out… I go in and it’s just sitting behind the counter. Then I made the mistake of leaving without checking my food was horrible I ordered chopped steak and a loaded mashed potato…… just look at the potatoes that says enough!!! That potato been in the oven since opening…. I tried to add the toppings but it was so dried up an burned!

The waitress was super nice and attentive. We asked for a military discount and the discount was very minimal compared to what we paid plus the tip. The lobster tail was cold and the steak was not well done as I asked. They took it back and brought it back after five minutes and it was still undercooked. Seems like they need a better cook in the kitchen and base the military discount on the price of the food bill. This was my first and last time eating here when visiting Huntsville.

Ordered drinks and food at that time. Watermelon margarita was brought but appeared to be something else. It tasted correct so whatever.
Soft drinks arrived 3 minutes before the food. Mashed potatoes were gross. Primerib was passable. Now I understand why the overall rating is so low.

Stopped by for lunch, and decided to try their Shrimp Stacked Trout. My hubby had a New York Strip. His steak was cooked nicely and he chose a house salad and baked potato as his sides. My trout and shrimp were both overcooked and dry, and the seasoning in the shrimp was extremely salty. My salad and baked potato were both good. The rolls were excellent as always . The service was excellent as well, and the server came to check on us often. The restaurant was clean and neat, although very chilly inside. Overall, not perfect, but not terrible.

Mashed potatoes were bland and really needed more flavor, and the fries could use some seasoning too. Even the rolls and butter were kind of sad compared to what you get at similar places.
I’d give it another try sometime, but I’m not in a hurry to come back.

I placed an order to go and if I had to be brutally honest it was very substandard and extremely disappointing. If I could rate it 0 stars I definitely would! Ordered Porterhouse steak, chicken and ribs which were flavorless and horrible! The chicken was undercooked and the ribs had strands of hair in it. As a consumer who appreciates great customer service and excellent food, this was an experience I will never forget.

This was the worst experience ever and I will not be back. We ordered sweet tea, it was unsweetened. The waitress said ‘I asked and it’s sweet.’ No mam it’s not, taste it. She came back and it was not. We never received our salads. The waitress said ‘did I not bring those to you?’ No mam, do you not know? My steak was undercooked, dates was over cooked. Both should have had garlic butter, neither did. We asked for more rolls, never received them. Never received extra napkins. One waitress was busy staking empty glasses cleaning up a table almost 3 ft high, another waiter had to stop her. Pitiful! So bad!!

The staff was so FRIENDLY!!! Our server, Eden, was AMAZING!! She was absolutely so friendly and provided us the BEST service we have EVER had!! My family will 100% come back just to have her as our server!! The food was also AMAZING!! The hostess (we unfortunately did not get her name, but she was a small, Asian girl) was VERY nice!! She recommended us the roadhouse teas and so my husband ordered one! It was absolutely amazing! I will be coming back here!! It is refreshing to have a restaurant that knows what service means!!
