Blaze Pizza has completely redefined fast-casual pizza for me. It’s a build-your-own concept where you’re in full control, choosing from a huge variety of crusts, sauces, meats, veggies, and finishing touches. The staff is always patient and helpful as you pile on as many toppings as you want—and trust me, I’ve tested the limits!
The pizzas are baked in a true open-fire oven, giving the crust a perfect crisp and subtle smoky flavor you just can’t get from a standard oven. Every bite has that fresh, artisan quality, and I can honestly say it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had.
Prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the quality and customization options. Blaze has officially claimed the title of my favorite pizza place, hands down. Highly recommend for anyone who loves pizza their way—and fast!

So walked in nobody in line. Had to wait for them to make 6 online orders ahead of me. Ok. Didn’t complain. Then my pizza got put on rack. Had to wait about 20 minutes to get it oven. Starting to get frustrated. Finally get pizza out of oven as jaycen is boxing I asked for mikes hot honey and balsamic. He puts balsamic on. I asked again for hot honey. He says oh yea grabs a bottle dumps it on and says “I don’t know what you were asking for because we don’t have mikes anymore but this is still hot sauce” well hey smart guy why wouldn’t you ask me if I want buffalo sauce dumped on my pizza. Completely different tastes. So just wasted 40 minutes of my time for a pizza I won’t eat. Hey Blaze is it really that hard to find a quality employee?

I do have to Say Blaze Pizza it the BEST!! I love the Build your own. Add all the toppings and Different Sauces You want. and different Pizza dough from Standard to High Rise to Cauliflower. Mine is Always High Rise Dough. I love the Flavor of there Dough. And the people who work there is alway Nice. and they cook your Pizza the way you want it. Next time I’ll take a Picture of My Pizza. Great Pizza you Need to go Here. Eat In or take it Home.

Great spin off from Saddleback barbecue. (Which is a great restaurant) The pizzas are thin crust, crunchy and baked to perfection. We like our pizza slightly burned. There’s a wide range of toppings and they have great specialty pizzas. The bread sticks can’t be beat. Our service was great. Watch for the specials.

Great place to get a pie on pie day! Staff was upbeat and diligent, food came out quick and hot! Outdoor seating available, as well as indoors with the “windows” up!

Stores closing, long wait, struggling staff
The most recent visit to this location was also a disappointment.
The orders were messed up and i was given someone else order so they had to make it again, waiting once wasnt bad enough i had to make twice the wait, the drink stations are empty no Lemonade, no cheese or pepper to grab from table, washrooms weren’t clean, and the vibe was just messed up in the restaurant
That being said the staff was doing their best so applauding them for giving their best

Kudos to the staff on Wednesday night. It was a bit of a wait, but they all had a smile on still. Apparently they had just sent a couple employees home because they weren’t busy. We came in with a group of 10 and plus they had the online orders. Great job crew! We will be back!

I love Blaze Pizza! You walk up to the counter and the process begins. Pick your sauce, cheese, toppings and spices. You can see them put it in the brick oven. The whole restaurant smells delicious! In less than 10 minutes, you have a piping hot personal pizza! It’s my favorite pizzareria!
