I would like to preface that Cheesecake Factory is my fiance and my favorite restaurant chain because of the high quality of food, menu selection, and service. But….
This Cheesecake Factory has some of the lowest service and food standards out of all of the Cheesecake Factory’s I have been to over 20 years, and I have been to a DOZENS across the country. The last three times in a row we’ve ordered something either to go or at the restaurant there has been a problem.
The first time my fiance and I ordered an app which came pretty quickly and a chicken parm pizza to share which took almost 40 minutes to come after we finished the app. We saw three other tables get their food before us, and we told the server who said she would check on it every 10 or so minutes. We only ordered one entree to share so it was crazy how it took 40 minutes to fire.
The second time we ordered a Thai chicken salad and chicken Bellagio to go. We opened the salad and this was the amount of chicken we got for $21. I’m not sure this is the standard amount of chicken for $21, but I’ll say I will never order that item or any salad from Cheesecake Factory again.
This last time which happened tonight was not a huge deal. But was the tipping point for us where we thought we needed to say something. We ordered an app, entree, and cheesecake to go and picked it up in the restaurant. When my fiance got home she noticed there wasn’t any bread or butter which is one of the little things we enjoy that separates Cheesecake Factory from other chains. This was kind of the tipping point of 3 subpar experiences so we called the store to express our dissatisfaction and the girl who answered said they don’t always give bread on to go orders or maybe they were out. First if someone orders 3 items to go bread should always be included. Second if you are out you should tell people when they pick up their order so they aren’t disappointed when they get home and don’t see it. We spoke to the manager and he said yeh they were out and he’ll talk to his staff to let them know to tell people next time.
If there were any other Cheesecake Factory within 30 miles we would go there and skip this one. But since there is not we will have to strongly consider if we want to continue going to it at all for subpar service, or maybe just find a new favorite restaurant.
To be fair the first time with the chicken parm pizza that took 40 minutes they comped us a slice of cheesecake which was a nice gesture. But the overall experience at this location is consistently way below Cheesecake Factory standards and I don’t know if free Cheesecake can keep making up for it.

Our server, Daisy, was incredibly attentive and on top of everything. The food was absolutely delicious, and I truly could not have asked for a better dining experience. The busboys were efficient and helpful, and the whole team worked seamlessly. I am thoroughly pleased and look forward to coming back.

They won me over with clear, calm, professional welcoming service. I had an issue the bartender couldnt fix it, she got right on it and got ahold of someone who could. They gave me options to satisfy my experience at their restaurant, ultimately they took care of me, my ego, my sense of valued customer, respect. It was just an enjoyable time, great service.

I personally would rate it 3 stars, and my children would rate it 5+ stars, so I think 4 is a good compromise.
I reserved a booth earlier in the day but was originally still taken to an open table by the bar and then had to wait 15 minutes for a booth.
Our server was lovely but forgot the margarita twice, so our pre-dinner drink was served after the food.
The food was served at a tepid temperature, as though it had been sitting waiting for a while.
The food was tasty but overall not the best dining experience for the money you pay.

I took my family to this location on Monday January 20th and the experience with remarkable. We ordered the food listed in the attached photographs , everything was well prepared and we had no issues whatsoever. The waiting period was longer than I expected based on other locations but nothing too crazy to where I would deduct a star or leave a bad review. I would like to note that the bread is very crunchy and might be too hard for some people to eat, my 1 year old daughter, for that matter, struggled to eat a piece but I personally enjoyed it. Excellent service by the way, I wasn’t intending to go in with out stroller because the restaurant is located on the first floor and my car was on the second floor close to the Regal theater entrance, so we had no other option than to go in with it and the staff was nice enough to find us a table where we could put it to the side and not bother us or other people while we ate. This is a certified Cpl Lopez review once again and as always I hope your experience dinning is this restaurant can surpass mine.

Eaten here occasionally. Always enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the food. Service has always been great and right on point. It was only this last time when our server changed to another. Not because of shift change, rotation, or anything, but because our first server was focusing on certain other tables that another server noticed and started to help us.

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! First of all, the Carbonara was delicious with a big portion size. My sister loved the rice/chicken Thai curry. The Hersheys chocolate Cheescake was also so nice. The waitress was so nice and smiley. The setting was really nice and the atmosphere!!

Went there a few days ago for my birthday. We waited an hour for our food. Then our waiter took a break and was replaced by someone else. We only saw him twice and waited 30 minutes after we were done with our food to finally ask for the check. When leaving I happened to forget my gift at the table and ran the back inside to retrieve it. Only to be told nothing like my gift was left at the table. Ben, the manager then claimed I didn’t leave anything at the table after reviewing footage which is not true. Very disappointing and upsetting how the situation was handled. Do better Cheesecake Factory.
