I spend a lot of money at McDonald’s, mostly at this location. I buy frappes a lot and they aren’t cheap. Normally they are filled to the brim with frappe while the whip cream and drizzle fill the domed lid. Lately though it seems to be half an inch from the brim with extra whip to try and fill in what’s missing. As if you couldn’t tell due to the color difference. Today at 9:41am I get a large and splurged for the overpriced $0.40 extra caramel drizzle. So in total I paid $6.05. They had me at the 3rd window, despite them not being busy, and I waited at least 6-7 minutes before they finally brought it to me. I only ordered the one item. And today the frappe is almost 2 inches from the brim and some drizzle is spilled on the outside. I also just realized that I ordered a mocha frappe and got a caramel frappe. To say that I am annoyed, to have paid so much for what “might” be enough to fill a medium, is an understatement. For these prices I’ll just go to Dutch Bros where it’s always filled to the brim. Every. Single. Time.

Very rushed and rude. I ordered 3 combos and an iced coffee. The shift manager REFUSED to give me my son’s sweet tea. I was literally holding the order in my hand and she argued with me that my iced coffee was the drink for that combo. I told her I paid for it separately and she said there was nothing to do because she couldn’t find it in the system. I held up the drive they line, showing her my receipt for a few minutes until I told her I wasn’t leaving without his drink, especially since I paid to upsize it. She finally gave it to me. This situation ruined my whole mood. Food was cold and made sloppily. Way too much sauce and not enough careful preparation. Not going to back there

Nicest mcdonalds ive seen in a while , its cool has a conveyor to send food to the person bagging. The fries were so fresh and hot all the way finishing a large. Great service and great food from.here. awesome definitely coming back.

Drove there on a heavy rainy night. Tried ordering apple turnovers. As I tried ordering the cashier wouldn’t respond. It was raining inside the car because of how the order spot was built. Plus my needing the window down to order. Once I finished the 5th time ordering I drove to the PU window. He asked what I had ordered. There was only 1 car ahead of me. When I told him about the apple turnovers. He said we don’t have them here. To bad he couldn’t have told me that after the 4th time I ordered them at first.

Dear Management
I am writing to share feedback regarding the operating hours at your location.
As your restaurant is situated right off Highway 75, it is inconvenient that the main lobby does not open until 7:00 AM. Most McDonald’s locations near major highways typically open their doors by 6:00 AM to accommodate commuters. I would appreciate it if you would consider opening the lobby earlier to better serve customers in this area.

Carmen General Manager McDonald’s
950am 11/8/25. Denison hwy 75. Placed a mobile order. We got to the drive thru and gave the code they said great pull up. We got to the window and gave my code they said they could not find my order and asked if my name was Wendy. We spoke with Carmen who refused to give us our food and said I would have to cancel my order in the mobile app. It does not give me the option to cancel. I showed her the app with a receipt and the pending charge on my bank account. She said that she cant do anything. I got no refund no food and no resolution to my problem. For the general manager to say that she couldn’t do anything for a 26 dollar order is completely insane to me. Edited: It’s now Monday morning and my charges are complete on my bank account. Still no food. Still no refund. Still no resolution.

We will not be back. Ever. Nor will my co-workers or my family. We absolutely hate it. If there’s no help at the counter and I can not get my own drink or even use the ketchup dispenser. Even the seating has gone down. Then my mom had to argue with a manger over the temperature how it was too hot for kids in the playground area.
McDonald’s in Denison is now complete and total trash.

My wife specifically asks if there is mayo in the big mac sauce in drive through operator said no when on there site and sauce specifically says mayonnaise base. Hate the stuff won’t eat here again had I been allergic I would have sued the crap out of them

I’m throwing this McDonald’s under the bus for one reason only: prices. $1 for an ice water was quite a surprise after we already ordered and paid for 4. Also some items I order often another locations were fully $1 more each, specifically the Quarter Pounder meat patties a la carte. We will pass on this location in the future.
