So my daughter wanted to go here for lunch for her birthday cause she loves the burgers. Well our server Ashley was the absolute best. So patient and kind. Service was quick. My daughter was offered all types of goodies from her and the manager for her birthday. She also went above and beyond to run out and catch us in the parking lot because my daughter left her wallet at the table. She did all this with a smile. Its good to find amazing Service and food nowadays. So huge kudos to Ashley and her manager that day…I didn’t get his name

Waited for 30 mins for my order. Get home and realized that they gave me Salmon instead of the chicken platter that I paid for. Service not that great and very disappointing.
12/09/2025 Review update went back to Red Robin again tonight and paid 128.00 for the family food wasn’t good with minimal sides. Fries were hard and ordered two slices of lemon cake that was dry and tasted old like it has been out for days. Just avoid at all cost and I will not be returning!

We came late at night after the movies cause we were hungry and popcorn wasn’t cutting it. There were only a little bit of people. When we arrived we got seated immediately. Our waitress took our drink and fast it was great. Everything looked nice and comfy. She took our food order and we were excited. Unfortunately the food took about 45 minutes to bring to us. Mind you the next table that came like 15 minutes after us got their food like in 10 minutes. The wait time was excruciating but the food was on point thank God. Everything was cooked to perfection. It was all seasoned perfect. My salad and wound got the spot. Our waitress disappeared a couple of times but besides that and the wait it was great.

For Corporate. Arrived at restaurant two nights ago with a 30 minute wait at the door. So many open tables, but such little staffing. Came back two days later for lunch, got seated right away. It appeared that only 4 people were working. (1 cook, 1 waiter, 1 hostess and 1 food runner) As a result the experience was poor with very long wait times. Friendly staff, but they were not set up for success. Most of the Tables had food left from previous guests. For any business, cash flow is King. If you gotta cut operational spend this much, you are going to lose out on so much future growth. I know that I will not be returning anytime soon. As a long time customer and fan of Red Robin, this was definately a bummer to see. I truly hope it gets better for the company. I want to see this brand live on and allow the young parents out there to take the kids to a place we all knew so well and loved.

My wife and I dropped in for a casual date, having not been here before, and really enjoyed ourselves. The service was excellent, even a manager came around regularly to ensure satisfaction. The bottomless fries are tasty and helped pass the time until the main courses arrived. The music playing in the background hit that ‘just right’ volume where I could hear it, but also talk to my wife comfortably. I tried the Banzai burger (teriyaki and pineapple), finding it a unique blend of sweet and savory. I liked the food so much I polished off two baskets of the bottomless fries and the broccoli, with a shared Sunday for dessert, dipping my fries in the melted ice cream like a frosty. All in all, it was a fun date for a decent price. There were quite a few other dishes on the menu that looked tasty, so I’m sure we’ll be going back.

Okay first of all I love Red Robin. I was looking forward to us moving to Evans so I would have a Red Robin nearby.
My first experience was in house and they had someone working on the fire alarm so every few minutes for 30 minutes the screeching fire alarm was going off. The waitress said sorry they are testing the fire alarm (I thought why wouldn’t someone say that before they sat us and took our order, I mean they knew there was a worker there working on it). But okay I love Red Robin so let’s try again.
We get sat for lunch and we’re told “your waitress had to run to the bathroom but she will be with you in a minute” Um okay?!?
She comes by and we give her our drink order I get a Diet Coke it was flat and I told her so she says okay I will grab you another one. It comes and tastes like straight syrup (see picture of 2 of the same drink brought within 4 minutes of each other) I tell her and she says nothing and walks off.
Keep in mind there was only one other table of 4 in our side of the restaurant and I believe 3 tables on the other side.
I wait until my food is served and ask for a Mich Ultra since I am not going to get “we fixed the soda machine or can I get you something else) By the way those two full gross sodas sat at the front of our table the entire time.
The other pictures of the dirty tables (the small one was like that when we walked in) the other one was the before mentioned table of 4 that left roughly 15 minutes after we got there and before our food came. It was still there the rest of the time we were there. It was not fun to sit and see dirty dishes just sitting there.
Food was amazing…thank goodness kitchen staff is on point because front of the house and manager is awful!!!
Speaking of the manager. We were trying to enjoy our food and we hear really loud talking (really loud) so I turn around to see the manager sitting at a table with his laptop open having a zoom meeting. The person talking was so loud and obnoxious. After a few minutes (and granted I am not super pleasantly happy at this point) I walk over to him and as politely as I can muster said “could you please turn that down, wear headphones or go to your office” He said, “okay I just did”. I walked away.
Done with our meal get the $60 check and just feel like my food turned into a brick in my stomach. I just wanted a nice lunch with my husband who works 6 days a week.
I slept on this seeing if I felt differently today…nope I still find the whole thing unpleasant! Zero manager presence unless you count his zoom meeting which apparently I was an unwilling participant.
Just uggghhh now one of my favorite restaurants is ruined for me. My husband doesn’t ever want to go back!!!

Agree with another review on not receiving a receipt, was just told to leave the payment on the table and the waitress never returned and it wasn’t busy at all that day

We love Red Robin! The menu is extensive and the wait staff is unbelievably kind. Visiting at lunch time is best only because it’s often very crowded for dinner. The appetizers are the best and you could make a meal out of one of those alone. Great place and always a good experience!

Our server Demetri was so nonchalant, and seemed bothered to serve us. We weren’t difficult we were very friendly he just didn’t seem to care. I am disappointed because I love Red Robin’s and I don’t get to eat there often due to not having one in the city that I live.

My husband and I went for a date night. There was a wait but that didn’t bother us. We finally got our table and had the best waiter(Robert). He was very nice and polite. Our burgers were extremely delicious and the beer cheese is to die for. Will be back!!!
