Subway always has good service in my experience but being in a hospital always adds a little extra stress to your life and they were absolutely fantastic! Quick polite and happy.

Co-workers ordered 3 subs. All 3 were incorrect. The nacho steak had no jalapenos when it should have had extra. The meatball sub had pickles/mayo/mustard (GROSS) when it only should have had jalapenos. The club sub had an INSANE amount of mayo/mustard, no cheese, and was toasted even though the special instructions asked for it not to be (it wasn’t able to be changed on the terrible website).

This isn’t the first time it’s happened to us. The phone number goes to some generic answering machine.

This was an online order. There’s a list of each sandwich and the ingredients. I don’t know how this is consistently an issue. It’s hard to not assume that this is being done on purpose.

This was at Clarkson’s Hospital the woman told me to speak up when I did she accused me of shouting (I could have shown her shouting) My sandwich wasn’t cut. This was before lunch rush by a half hour. As you can see I had to tear my sandwich apart cause when I went up to have it done I got yelled at for cutting in line. Alone with that you can see the poor portions of meat and extras. Oh, for those who think that this Subway is the bomb must really suck at cooking. The District Manager told me to send in the receipts in a return email for repayment. A BLOCKED NO REPLY ACCEPTED EMAIL. Get real folks they stink.

You have people in there that don’t wash their hands. Mice traps along the walls and nice running past. The managers never seem to know their job. People will see you and walk away from you. All round terrible place to eat at

Absolutely worst staff ever. Spent days in the hospital with my family member round the clock. Every single trip to the clarkson cafe involved horrible subway employees. One guy was in a blood hoodie and did nothing but stand at register staring off in to space. And was even picking his nose. Talk about unsanitary. Restaurant was not clean behind their line and overnight guy kept talking about smoking weed and every other word was the F word. Come on people get some decent staff in this place. Never will spend any more $ here!!

If you work night shift, don’t bother. Half the times I’ve walked 10 minutes across campus to get here, there are no employees. They say they have go to down to the basement to wash dishes for some reason, or they are on break. You can wait 15-30 minutes sometimes. They need to realize that this is a hospital and a lot of people here don’t get scheduled breaks. If you’re going to be open 24 hours, have someone there. The business they get from being here would justify hiring another worker. Otherwise let a better restaurant take over the space.

Half the employees just constantly whine about the other employees that aren’t there. Others are just very slow – which is understandable sometimes, but when there’s a line of people who don’t get structured breaks, speed matters. Another reason to have 2 people working.

Not that it matters anyway – there are so many flies in this place and the last time I came in, they were actually flying and walking all over the food. I left the order line and I won’t be coming back. That’s just gross. You’d expect at least average cleanliness being in a hospital, but no.

Please start staffing two people overnight. In the hospital we only get 30 minutes lunch breaks and when the guy running it leaves for over 15 minutes to use the bathroom then walks by saying he will be opening up after ANOTHER thirty minutes is quite frankly some bologna.

We’ve eaten here multiple times over the past few months. Service quality varies, but has never been bad. Food has always been good and made as requested. Just remember it’s a hospital setting, so the moods of the employees and patrons are understandably going to vary.
