So I’ve been coming to Salem for years and for reason I’ve never been to this restaurant. That being said this was the best meal I have had In a very long time and I travel all over 3x a month to the western 13 states for work. Our server Brett was so awesome and attentive and absolutely perfect. I had the mushroom ravioli and a fillet of salmon with the chimichurri sauce and we started with elite flatbread and the gnocchi. Both were incredible. I’m running out of words to describe how good this meal was. And we came here to celebrate the end of a long project at the hospital and the 4 year Anneversary of my mom’s death. Couldn’t have chosen a better place. We definitely will be back each and every time we come to Salem for work.

Service was great! Thanks Dillan! Drinks were strong and tasty! Atmosphere was intimate and cozy (although we sat next to the door and it was cold each time it opened).
Food was OK, the Focaccia and garlic bread was really salty, couldn’t finish it even after knocking out most of the topping. The loco moco on the other hand, one of the best!
I’d come back again and try their other offerings.

This place was really good. We got there about 20 minutes early (had reservations for 5pm) and they seated us immediately with no complaints.
The staff was very friendly and very attentive. They got very busy about 530.
Our waiter never forgot about us and kept our beverages filled.
We ordered chicken skewers with Thai peanut sauce off the happy hour menu and the bruschetta as appetizers.
We only had a small wait time for those to come out and while we waited for that we ordered our main course.
My fiancé ordered the chicken schnitzel and I had the smoked brisket with polenta.
We were not disappointed!

Had a great meal at Amadeus. Our server Hanna was very attentive, she took very good care of us. Started with drinks which were well prepared and ample. The Caesar salad was perfectly dressed with lots of cheese. Wife had the shrimp risotto, huge portion well seasoned. My “oh my cod” was perfect. Dessert was great. I was very impressed with how reasonable our check was.

Been there twice this month. Sat at the bar both times. The service from Gregg the bartender, Tommy and the rest of the staff is second to none. The whole team is friendly and caring about the customer. Everything I’ve eaten there has been top shelf. The lamb, the chicken milanesa, the beet salad, the classic which is their take on beef bourgignon were all amazing. The craft cocktails are perfect. We had a creme brulett cake which was out of this world. Best restaurant in Salem.

My wife and I had a great dining experience at Amadeus about a week ago. Seated at the bar for dinner. Bartender was Dillon, and he was fantastic. Great service. Dinner was also excellent, wife had pork chops and I had The Classic steak medallions. Both very good, cooked perfectly. Calamari appetizer was good as well. The dining room is warm and inviting, and the overall vibe was very good. Host made an inappropriate comment while speaking loudly and very much in earshot, so I knocked a star off for that. Poor form from her. But the overall experience was great and we look forward to going back soon. Great spot for a nice dinner.

We had a birthday dinner for my husband last night and as always, everything was impeccable. Our server, Hannah, was lovely and very attentive, personable and funny. Happy Hour on Tuesdays takes place the whole evening. Definitely recommend the blood orange scratch margarita! We had a variety of dishes between the 6 of us – caesar salad, lamb, duck, beef stroganoff, burger. And for dessert there was marionberry cobbler, bread pudding and a brownie sundae or something to that affect. Make sure you request Hannah to take your experience over the top 🙂

I love this restaurant. We love the lamb, the salmon, the tenderloin, the stroganoff, the chicken schnitzel. Some of the meats were a tiny bit less tender than we expected, but my goodness, the flavors are superb. Stellar staff and awesome ambience. We will be back!

Was here for a dinner with friends and the food was amazing, they were attentive with our drinks. The appetizers were incredible, everything looked and tasted fresh- enough that I tried some new things which is a never occasion for me. Everything was plated beautifully. Will be back soon
