At Swine BBQ, our mission is to serve you traditional Texas style smoked meats with genuine backyard hospitality. For each & every catering order or event, we load hickory splits into the firebox and our fresh, locally-sourced meats, rubbed with our own rub blends, are slowly cooked for up to 18 hours. The end result is long strands of succulent pulled pork; tender (but not too tender) pork ribs; flavorful beef brisket with just enough smoky bark; plump mouthwatering sausages; and juicy turkey breasts. Likewise, every catering order or event deserves fresh house-made sides, sauces, and desserts that we hope reflect the respect that we show to quality, locally-sourced ingredients.

My husband and I had the brisket mac and cheese 5 times during Medina County fair week! Nothing else at the fair could compare in quality and satisfaction! The meat always seems fresh and moist (never at all dried out like most other places). The family still manages to be friendly after tirelessly working all day every day at a busy week-long fair!
I love that they are supportive of 4H! We need more kids interested in farming in order to provide for future generations!
My only wish is that I could get their food more often outside of fair week.

This place is awesome! Best BBQ in town by far and the family pack options are a savior after a long day at work. Service is always fast and everyone is always so helpful and friendly. One of my favorite local spots for sure!

Oh my yumminess!!!!! Stopped for lunch here today. The food was amazing! We had the 3 meat sampler plate with pulled pork, brisket and turkey, and 2 sides; mac-n-cheese and collared greens. We also loved the smoked perogies. Their sauces are some of the best I have ever tried. Highly recommend the bama white and peach jalapeno!!! We will definitely be back and will tell our friends!

Oooooooooweeeeee!!!! This place is INSANE, INSANELY DELICIOUS!!! This was our 2nd time here but I didn’t take pics the 1st time. Brisket, Pulled Pork, Candied Pork Belly, Mac N Cheese, Corn, & Jalapeño Sausage. Everything was amazing and we will % be back!! You don’t need sauce but they have that as well.

Where do I start? My ribs were dry and tough. My husband’s pulled pork was stringy and tasted a little funky.
There were a lot of unsavory folks who seemed to be armed hanging around. It was really uncomfortable. I won’t be taking the risk of ordering from them again.

We have been to Swine two times now. The brisket mac and cheese was great. Last time, we had tacos and a brisket sandwich. Both were very good. The corn salsa on the tacos is amazing. Very quick service. Clean and super nice seating area! We will be back!

*NEW* in town!!! Yeah a BBQ hot spot. Low key down home cooking. The pulled pork sandwich was so moist and tasty. The Mac and cheese was homemade goodness. The service was excellent. Very nice decor. There’s free street side parking. Unfortunately no wheelchair ramp, there’s a small stoop to get inside. Once inside it’s very open and wheelchair friendly.

We waited 5 minutes while 4 staff members walked around the kitchen looking at us without saying anything. A girl finally did apologize for the wait.
Maybe I’m spoiled because I lived in Memphis for a few years, but overall this was just ok… I really wanted to like this place.
I tried a half slab of ribs, pulled pork, turkey, and Mac and cheese. Everything was just ok and a little dry. Pork didn’t have much flavor without the sauce. Turkey was dry. Ribs did NOT fall off the bone. I had to pull with more force than you want to and they were a bit tough. Ribs also have a brown sugar glaze so be ready for a sweet sugary flavor not so much smoked flavor. Super cheap slices of plain white bread. Mac and cheese was a bit dry and not very cheesy.
Other people with me agreed turkey was dry and said the Cole slaw wasn’t very good.

Excellent BBQ spot with fun location near the town square. The restaurant is clean, comfortable and offers all the standard fixings you except in a classic BBQ restaurant. We enjoyed everything on our tray and highly recommend!
