I decided to stop and pick up lunch for me and my kid after going grocery shopping. It wasn’t until I got home, brought my sleeping toddler inside to bed, unloaded and put away groceries that I realized my drink had a bug in it. I’ve tried calling but don’t ever get an answer. I left a complaint on the website hoping to hear back. I understand things like that happen but how was it not caught when putting the lid on? This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this location and I hope they can do something about it.

Continuously going down hill in quality and customer service. I would give negative stars if it were possible. Went through the drive thru. Was charged an upcharge for a drink i didn’t ask to be made large and wasn’t even given all my drinks before being parked. Then waited 20 minutes before I had to go back and demand a refund at which point they tried to shove my food in my face without so much as a sorry for the wait and when I told them I no longer wanted the food and insisted on my money back it was shoved into my hand by the manager with the excuse that my food had been ready and they were just waiting on hashbrowns. First off it does not take 20 minutes to cook a hash brown but let’s just hypothetically say it did. Now I have to wonder about the integrity of the rest of my order knowing the manager admitted my food was ready and sitting there for those 20 minutes. Would half my order have been cold if I had accepted that bag they tried to shove at me only after I sought a refund?! Unacceptable experience.

I do not expect greatness from a McDonald’s, but I do expect to get what I paid for. Gave neither of the drinks paid for, a milkshake and a soda. Staff was rude, said they didn’t have it, did not offer any resolution or alternative and walked away. They completely ignored me. The food was old and cold. This is by far the worst location I’ve visited.

Been to this location about 4-5 times. They are very consistent. I’ve always received everything I’ve asked for and never missed a straw, napkins, or sauce. Food were fresh except one time the fries were a bit soggy. Overall one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. Only complaint is, if you’re coming from the East, you have to make a u turn to get to the side the restaurant is on.

I got my order fairly quick but the sandwich was wrong and I took it back and the lady corrected it really quick so that was good my fries are hot but they’re almost not done. They are really busy right now so it’s a bit chaotic and there were people waiting in line for quite some time

This is the 2nd time I pull up to this McDonalds this week and the 2nd time my order is messed up. If I ask for a Spicy DELUXE, I want a Spicy DELUXE! I don’t want a Spicy McCrispy! Both times I specified that I wanted the deluxe and both times I was given the wrong sandwich. Next time I pull up GIVE ME MY SPICY DELUXE-_-

The store for one was disgusting, nothing stocked by drink fountain, floors all sticky, tables all dirty..
the service was down right poor. I’ve worked in customer service so I understand how it gets under stress and busyness…but omg. Everyone is getting the grinch meal right now because you know it’s seasonal.. they were picking and choosing who to give the box, the socks, the seasoning.. WHEN THAT IS THE GRINCH MEAL. I had to ask for the box, the socks, the seasoning..everything – when correcting them they just laughed and got shitty. Then my husband and I asked for honey mustard, what’d we get..HOT mustard. The meal goes on we try the fries, soggy as hell – not even fully cooked. Then I go to eat my mc chicken because everything else was a let down.. I open my mc chicken and it is not what i ordered, I can only eat a mc chicken with cheese on it – that’s just me. So I have to go back into the store and correct my order…
Very sad experience for what everyone is hyping up. Maybe it’s just this store.

One of the worst McDonald’s in the world, not kidding here.
If you want to wait over 10 minutes for “fast food” at the slowest time feel free to come. If you try to get food from 8pm to 12 am get ready for a 30-1 hour wait, I’m not exaggerating saying this is the worst in NC, even if you order from the app 30 minutes earlier you will be waiting for another 30 minutes, the wait is insane and I feel bad for people doing delivery drives that they lose time waiting for a simple burguer.

Nothing is ever fresh! I asked them to make sure the fries were fresh because every time I go they are cold unsalted half the time or soggy and cold. There’s no in between. I got a McDouble with one pickle. The patty was so dry indicating it’s more than likely been past time to throw that portion of those patties out. I was missing a whole cheeseburger to a cheeseburger meal. It wasn’t even busy. Staff there must have not been properly trained. I understand it’s fast food not the best quality but at least try to get the meal right.

Waited in line at the drive thru for a bit (it was busy, no big deal) I get up to the window, I’m handed my food but it’s not everything. I told the woman at the window and she said yes it’s in there it’s at the bottom, with such an attitude. Sure enough it wasn’t there. She asked me to pull forward so I did. 20 more minutes go by, I finally flag down another employee and she said oh well we don’t have what you ordered (what I was waiting on) so she came back out 5 mins later with something else but it would’ve been nice to know they didn’t have what I ordered so I didn’t waste 20 minutes just sitting there. There’s always some kind of an issue here.
