The chicken was delicious but not so much the sauce. I don’t know why they put a piece of Texas toast on there. It seemed out of place. Maybe it’s because I’m not from Texas. The coleslaw was not good. And the fries which I do not normally order were thin crinkle-cut. The sweet tea was okay.

I love canes, I work right next to this location and I’ve eaten there up to 3 times a week at times but lately the chicken has been off. I don’t know if they changed something to cut cost or they are over cooking the chicken but the quality has been bad. The chicken used to be savory and just pull apart with ease but now it’s like chicken fingers I would get at cookout. I feel like I have to rip them apart and the texture is just off. I thought maybe it was just 1 bad batch but I’ve given them 2 other chances over the past month and it’s still the same. Please go back to whatever you were doing before.

This place is amazing. I absolutely love the chicken here. I just wish they had barbecue sauce as well as their house sauce. The french fries are really good as well. The only complaint I have about this location is it is too small considering how popular the restaurant is and getting in and out of the parking lot as a royal pain.

We must have hit at lunch rush because it was slammed! Found a seat where another customer was leaving right after we ordered. Food came out super quick and everything was fresh and hot. You can’t go wrong with Cane’s. It’s always good!

I finally decided to stop by Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers right off Emmet Street Route 29 in Charlottesville when I was in the area. Be aware, there is a lot of traffic.

HORRIBLE!! They don’t offer mobile or “dine in” so the drive thru line is CRAZY. I called the store where they indicated of six combos to accommodate. But then once I took the order, they indicated that I still have to go through the drive-through, even though I seen representatives walking out the store to hand off food to other customers. corporate because not only did I not get the service from one manager. Another one said she didn’t feel comfortable providing the service though I was ordering in order of $60 at least…

Great chicken. A small menu usually means good food. This place only sells chicken tenders with a few sides. And they do a great job. Their lemonade is really good too, worth the small upcharge to get it. The crinkle fries are just ok, but not so bad to detract from how good the chicken is.

I absolutely love Raising Cane’s, I tried it for the first time about 2 months ago once I started working in the area, and 9 time out of 10 I will get it for lunch. The ONLY problem I have ever had with it so far is the tea jugs, nothing else. I have got the tea jug every week for family when I visit them in Stafford (since there is none up there), and I have maybe a 30% chance of being the right kind of tea (sweet tea). Now I won’t necessarily nock that against them because by god they are busy 90% of the time.

Wow what a place. I thought all fried chicken fingers were pretty much the same (I mean it is fried chicken – good, tasty, fried), but this place is next level. Only does one thing – chicken white meat fingers. They are absolutely superb, best fast food chicken fingers i have ever had by a long way. The batter is tasty and flavoursome, crispy yet not as heavy/greasy as other places. You don’t feel disgusting after eating it. Got the 4 finger meal which is a big, good value meal. The cane’s sauce is very good. The chips and coleslaw are okay, but the Texas toast is great – buttery and soft and crispy on the outside. I love this place, will definitely be back. The location was also clean, simple and the staff super friendly and helpful.

I finally got to stop at Cane’s & it was good. Chicken tasted like it was made by my Auntie. The fries need a lil season but the Cane’s sauce was the best. Oh I almost forgot…the toast was hitting, I almost drove back just to get another piece. I would’ve gave 5 stars but normally the line is blocking traffic so the location is hard to get to at times.
