Fries are super tasty. Served hot and plentiful. Never buy a large unless it’s more than two eating them. Burger was juicy and full of flavor.

Service could be better. Talk a lot bs in spanish. I wish they would have better presentation as a team, but effort is just not there. I understand if their tired, but yall need to do better than standing around and back up your cashier. Food was just thrown in bag all sloppy. I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund, but this was my first and last time in this location.

I’ve dined here many times, burgers are cooked fresh, and prepared to order. I wish they cooked there fries a tad longer. Occasionally they will drop frys cooked to my preferred food doneness.

Good burgers but the real advantage is the variety of toppings! Always great customer service and they are VERY generous with the amount of fries (don’t order a “large” unless there are 3 of you to share). Sadly, the Annapolis Mall location doesn’t have the peanuts (otherwise it would have been a 5).

We love the food, always be careful ordering, if you dont know a normal burger is 2 patties, and a “little” is 1 patty, my only issue is the prices have gone up so much its a once in a long while stop for us, if you have 2-3 people order one large fry and share as the extra scoop is more than enough to cover 3

There fries blew my head, they are the best, nice eating area facing the food court. Nice cool environment. The best out of almost all the food courts in this lobby area, there prices are just but amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone to try out their mouth watering delicacies. this made my day and I would love to come here again next time I visit this mall.

This is the worst five guys I have ever been to and maybe the last time I ever go to a five guys. This is in the mall in Annapolis. While my burger was cooking, they sat a pile of wet lettuce on my bun, as well as squirting, quite a bit of ketchup and mustard on the bread so by the time the sandwich was put together. The bread was wet as if it had been dumped in water and tasted like dough, and I had to take itapart and throw away the bread. It was disgusting.

Always a good burger and fries. Would give 5* but the price keeps that from happening. I know what raw goods cost because I run a foodservice operation and $22 for a burger, fries and a soda in a food court setting g is too high in my opinion.
