Came in to watch NFL game & have some food. The Bartender was nice,but very unhappy to be there,the appetizers and main dishes came at the same time twenty minutes after we ordered them….therefore the appetizers were cold and the main dishes were mildly warm. The water had an after taste of ..? I bought two bottled waters that tasted like…water.
The fried chicken sandwich was 70% breading and 20% chicken, very thin small patty and the bun was not the usual sesame bun,but a kid size waxed bodega store quality. I had one pickle,few pieces of lettuce and a very pencil thin piece of tomato….and what happen to the mayo? The sweet potato fries….WoW….not even going there!
Appetizers were subpar,but my salad was the highlight of the feast! Yummy.
We have been here in the past throughout the years ,and it was great! This visit though,was definitely Very disappointing . Red Robin has definitely changed their level of food quality, portions, and staffing.
I will not waste my money or time or put my stomach in harms way again at this establishment ever again….bye,bye.

Came in January 9, 2016, and sat at the bar. Food was good and the place itself had a solid vibe, which is why I rated food and atmosphere higher.

The issue was service, specifically the manager interaction (Ashley). The bartender (Curti) was clearly overwhelmed, and the manager stepped in to help guests next to me. While she was already taking their order, I politely asked if she could also get mine, and she responded sharply: “You need to wait a minute”

I’m a U.S. Marine Corps veteran (15 years, honorably separated) and I’m big on respect and professionalism, yes ma’am/no ma’am, and staying calm. I wasn’t rude at any point. When I addressed it respectfully, the response felt dismissive, so I closed out my tab and left.

I’m not looking for anything free, just accountability and better customer service training for leadership.

I’d come back for the food, but not if that’s how guests are spoken to. Do better Ashley, thank you.

I used to love their avocado burger, but clearly they’ve changed their recipes. The patty was dry, and they used guacamole instead of real avocado. The cheese sticks were tasty, but unremarkable. The fries and specialty drinks were to die for.
The atmosphere is about as loud as you’d expect, and the art all around is nice. Feels cozy but still easily overwhelming.
The service we got was outstanding. I sadly forget his name, but our server was so friendly, understanding, and nice. Everything was brought out in a timely manner.
If I do come back, I’ll be trying something other than their burgers.

We did not have a great experience at this Red Robin. The food was fine. You could tell it sat in the window for a while before we got it. The service was kind of crap. We sat for a long time before getting our menu, in between beers, for refill on fries. This particular location did not meet the expectation we have come to know and love from Red Robin. We will not be back.

We decided to eat dinner in the bar. I went with the Royal burger and fries with a chocolate shake. The food came out pretty quick which was great. My burger was good. The service was good can’t complain.

Ordered food to go around 7:18pm and said it should be ready by 7:38pm. When coming in the gentleman let me know it would take 5-10mins because it’s busy, which I understood because it’s the holidays. I waited from 7:40-8:10 when I finally asked what the ETA would be and I was told it was started but waiting for one entree so another 15 minutes. I only ordered one entree + 1 drink and for it to be another 15 minutes sounded like they just started when I finally asked. I understand how it was busy but when I finally started seeing people’s food come out to the bar, I knew orders weren’t being prioritized. I’m really disappointed with this experience. I ordered through DD as well so there’s no way for me to get a refund since it said “they already started prepping it” which was false. I would like a refund.

I went in for the Big Yum special. I was seated and given one napkin with no silverware. The waitress came and took my order. I asked her what sides came with the special. She mentioned several and onion rings. So I went for onion rings. I had been there before and ordered the mango iced tea. Which I have had with the special at no extra charge. It took a good while to get a drink refill. The waitress went and cleaned more tables after I requested more tea. Then I asked for more onion rings. They only gave me 5 onion rings with my order. She said those weren’t bottomless. She should have told me that when I ordered. So I was able to get fries. When it came time to pay, mobile was over $21.00. Ithasnever been for the special. This waitress was rude and misleading. I told her why. She said she had to manually fix it. She still charged me over $17.00 for a $9.99 special. I.told her what is this? She explained they charge separate for people who don’t know out the special and have to pay more. She also charged me for the mango iced tea which I haven’t been charged for before and the onion rings. I told her this should not be. She was rude and told me I am in her section and today it is $17.00. I paid through the machine at the table and left miss rudeness 0 tip to help recover my $$. I will not go back to the Puyallup location until they get rid of the rude, misleading waitress. Next time I will go to the Ram down the road for better service. I also had to ask for silverware and more napkins. This rude waitress should not be working at a restaurant serving people. I have never been treated this way at any restaurant. This waitress needs a lesson on how to be honest with customers and how to nice period.

Had a great experience here with my sister the other night, the staff was very attentive, checked to see if we needed anything, brought drink & fry refills, and were overall very pleasant. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The Bacon & Bleu is delicious, as well as their classic fries
