I prefer this location to many others because there’s actual space to move, especially on crowded days. The tech staff are most helpful and patient on providing assistance with games that get stuck constantly.
I also prefer the food of this location to many others. The food service can be a little slow, but they’re at least pleasant. I love the chicken wings (I get the siracha honey flavor), probably better than most restaurants. I think the quality of the food became better after some revamp they had some time ago. Other favorites of mine include their nachos, sliders, chicken pasta dish, among others. My favorite dessert they had (the big daddy chocolate cake) is no longer on the menu. I was absolutely devastated but I hope they bring it back. It was the best – warm chocolate fudge cake with a smooth ice cream and the pairing of the raspberry sauce was absolutely amazing.
They used to host trivia, but unfortunately, it wasn’t popular (probably due to lack of advertising). I hope they can bring it back soon.

Had a wonderful at Dave & Buster’s this weekend with friends and family!
It really makes you miss old Arcades, so many games to play!
We took the 90 minutes deal to share between us and it was the perfect time to do so many games. Even if it was busy, people were decent enough to leave space for other players.
We tried to pay for gifts with our tickets and we found the service a bit disappointing. The guy at the counter was clearly annoyed, did not know the answer to any questions nor who to talk to who could answer, and at some point just ignored us completely. We ended up finding another staff that was much more friendly and helped us right away. But the lack of professionalism of the previous one was outright disappointing.
Otherwise, they have great deals throughout the week. Even if it is a little expensive, we still had a great time. Will be back for the deals!

This one star is for the fun time my five-year-old had in the arcade. The restaurant service was horrible. Our server disappeared for an unaccepted amount of time once our food dropped, and we didn’t even have what we needed to eat (share plates, utensils). My sister also hadn’t received her second drink, and I was still waiting to send mine back since it tasted completely different from the first one. I would’ve been okay with the mediocre food if our server wasn’t so nonchalant about the fact that she had disappeared. She was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care about being there or serving us. We were able to flag another server down who unfortunately didn’t help. She made it crystal clear that she was only willing to grab our one drink from the bar and would not put any orders in for us. At this point I grabbed a manager (short chubby guy) who sadly didn’t take charge of the situation like he should have. All he did was send our unhelpful server to our table. He didn’t even come check up on us afterwards. My sister ended up canceling her second drink order and I sent mine back and asked for the check. Tipped her $2 since the salad was good but we will never return or recommend this location.

Absolutely amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s! From the moment we walked in, everything was on point. The food came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor — way better than I expected. The drinks were perfect too. You could tell the bartenders knew what they were doing.
What really made the night stand out was the service, especially from the manager, Israel. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone in management who is that hands-on and welcoming.
Whether you’re coming for the food, games, or just a fun night out, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be back and telling my friends to check it out too!

The arcade is very fun! The restaurant half however… absolutely atrocious. We were sat at a table & had to wait 15 mins before even being greeted. After finally being greeted by a server (who didn’t introduce himself), we received our food but were not checked upon. Even after asking different servers for refills, they never completed the request (despite chatting with one another just a few feet away from us lol). And then to top off the terrible night was the unprofessional hospitality manager. After explaining our experience, he sarcastically offered a serving job to help around and didn’t do anything to resolve the issue!

The service at the restaurant needs to be improved. There is no motivation to works towards a good service, since you pay everything in advance through the app. Overall the food was ok , I’ll recommend to stick with the appetizers.

When I tell you, I’d just come to Dave & Busters just for the food I’m not lying! It’s so good. My husband and I split the barbacoa quesadilla that is served with guacamole. The guac was so fresh and the quesadilla was so yummy! Will come back for them alone. We ate it so fast that we forgot to take a picture. My husband had the Cajun shrimp pasta- swapped out the shrimp for chicken. I got the $35 game card with a fountain drink and the lemon pepper wings that comes with fries and celery. Wish it had more celery, only two sticks. I dream about these wings, so good! The service was also very personable. My husband and I agreed that we need to come more often or even do takeout.

The service here is usually a gamble. We went for Super Bowl Sunday and it was actually fairly decent. Our server, Pablo (I believe that’s his name, it was so loud), definitely tried to keep up with the demand. The place was fairly packed during peak game time and it was just busy throughout the dining area. The food was pretty good and didn’t take too long.
