Slow as can be! I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through and there was only 2 cars ahead of me . Since I couldn’t pull away safely, I had to wait. Unreal!! I got mashed potatoes and gravy. The portions are much smaller with very little gravy. The coleslaw wasn’t very good it seemed old. The chicken was pretty good.

This was my first time going to a Popeyes. The service was slow and less than welcoming. I got a chicken sandwich and fries (which doesn’t come with a biscuit, we had to get those separately). The sandwich was flavored incredibly and had a great texture. The fires were well flavored but a bit too oily for me. The biscuits weren’t all that good. In general, the food is extraordinary oily but very well flavored.

Had a horrendous experience at the Bradenton Location so was hesitant to try this location but so glad we did. The lady at the front counter was very patient and very helpful. Observed multiple employees offering assistance to the elderly that didn’t fall into their job description but when you’re a genuinely nice person it comes without being told. Huge shout out to this location theres some true stars that work here.

Drove through to get two 5-piece chicken tenders meals. I wish I would check the boxes right away. The chicken was old and dry. The pieces were so tiny like it was a joke. Soda was very flat. I like to get Popeyes once in a while but after today I’m done with it. Very disappointing.

The Food was Excellent. I visit this same Popeyes on 1/31/26 an was not pleased at all. The young manager was very rude to the employees and all of my food was very cold. I couldn’t take it back so when I went there today I wanted to talk with the manager and she was told that I wanted to talk with her the first chance she got this young lady ignored me as if I didn’t want to talk to her. I stayed there for at least 30 minutes. Yes she was working drive thru that’s why I was very patient. Her name is Chili I think that’s how you spell her name. When I go back and if she’s working I’m going to just dine somewhere else

I went through the drive-through. I asked him, “Did they have a wing meal?” he stated no, but I can buy however many wings I want. I told him I just wanted three wings, a small red beans and rice, and a strawberry cream pie. My total came to 15 and some change I got to the window. I handed him my money then he handed me my food by the time I got home. I only had three dry chicken wings a biscuit and a pie no red beans and rice. Remind you of the red beans and rice. I had to pay separately for because their wings don’t come in

Here is my issue. We ordered a 8 Piece signature box of chicken spicy now, I’m not leaving this review because this just happened, but this has happened 3 times now that we’ve had a DoorDash order and when the food was delivered on time, DoorDash was awesome, the 8P signature box of chicken contained 3 legs. 1 wing 2 breast, one, thigh and some unidentifiable piece of chicken this time, the 8P signature box came with 4 legs, no wings, 2 breast, 1 thigh, in another piece of mystery meat, the receipt clearly says 2 breast 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings how In the world that you are putting chicken in a box and you don’t know what you’re putting in there, I’m not sure what’s going on. But this seems to happen at DoorDash all the time, I’m not blaming them, but somebody is just doing what they want to do to make sure they fill the other orders with people that can’t relatively complain at the moment, never mind, the hassle, I went through to even attempt to get a refund. Like I said, this isn’t the first time, but it’s the second time.I’ve gotten a box of whatever they decided to put in it and send out the door.

And everytime I get a large mashed potato delivered instead of the fries. It’s hard to not feel like it’s intentional. I won’t be ordering again.
