I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks tonight. We ordered two drinks through the app and went through the drive thru to pick them up. We waited for a while even though the line was not long at all. When we reached the window the young man did not acknowledge us at all or provide any update on our order. He didn’t even look in our direction and continued taking other drive thru orders. After waiting a few minutes of waiting, I spoke up. His first response was “I am in the middle of taking an order.” I explained that a simple update such as “your order is being prepared” would have been helpful after waiting fifteen minutes for a mobile order and then additional time at the window. He responded in a combative tone and said they were short staffed and that we needed to wait. He then stated that our order was not ready while describing the wrong order. After I corrected him he checked the counter and returned with our drinks which were already finished. We waited for nothing and his response was unnecessary when I only asked for an update on what we were waiting on. This was a very poor service experience and overall, a poor human interaction. He was rude for absolutely no reason. I get that you may have been short staffed but who forces someone to wait on their front porch for 15 minutes just to invite them inside and not acknowledge them because they’re “busy?” Thats just rude in any case and I’m this case, I’m a paying customer. I deserve a simple “I’ll be with you in one moment” or “we’re busy, one moment”. He didn’t even mention they were short staffed in the first place. Nevertheless, do better young man and Starbucks, please train your staff on professionalism/etiquette and plain human decency.

Barista Lexi provided the most excellent service. She was friendly, respectful, and polite despite how busy the store. The whole staff provided excellent service and I’d recommend this Starbucks hands down. I’ve been to numerous Starbucks and I’ve had excellent service each time I go and I go at least 2 times a day…especially after work

Today is January 24th today’s my birthday I turned big 24 today also it’s my first time being a mom I heard Starbucks does free coffee on your birthday and then I heard something about you had to had the app I had a app and I had the account at least I thought I did I just didn’t remember the password I’m terrible at passwords I tried to get to reset my password in to get that through my email but I wasn’t getting an email so instead I made an account and I put my birthday on it so I went to Starbucks today I normally get a caramel ribbon crunch it’s my favorite I love frappes but it is a very cold day and it’s about the storm I had work at 7:00 this morning and I do have work tomorrow so I was going to get a hot coffee some kind of candy good sweet with whipped cream I went up there and I felt like I was being treated rudely cuz I kept asking her about a good opinion for a good drink since it is my birthday and I asked her what do I need to do do I need to show her my ID and she said how long has I had the app for and I said I just downloaded it today and created account because my other one wouldn’t work and she said she couldn’t give me a free coffee on my birthday I told her that was really depressing and I wanted a coffee anyway so I ended up spending $13 on a tall coffee that looked really small and it wasn’t the best I felt disrespected and whoever my a server was was rude and she acted like she didn’t want to be there today if she didn’t want to work with people she should get a job that doesn’t have people so she doesn’t look so grumpy

Barista Lexi provided the worst customer experience I have had in my 25 plus years of going to Starbucks. This is the second bad experience I have had with her. The first time was at the drive thru. Today same bad attitude as if the customers are bothering her to do her job. First of all she didn’t have a name tag on so I had to ask the manager what her name was. I used my points to get my drink today. I reminded her that I asked for Carmel Crunch topping in my drink. Her facial expression, sigh, mumbling, and the way she placed the Carmel Crunch down was unacceptable.

The staff here was super nice and took great care of me. They offer free refills as long as you are dining in and everything was great.

I did a mobile order on my way into work. I haven’t had a delicious matcha in over 4 months and decided today would be the perfect day. Especially since I ran out of coffee at home. I pull into the drive thru and everything is great at the speaker. I pull around and to my surprise the car in front of me ordered a matcha too. (Even the same size as mine) The person in the car grabs the matcha then waits a second and her arm comes back out the window with the matcha. My stomach sank. When it went into her car I’m uncertain if she had to taste it to determine it was not hers. When she handed the drink back to the barista, the barista in return handed her a brown drink with cold foam no where close to a matcha. Any who the car gets their drink and pulls away. When I get to the window the barista has my matcha and a straw in her hand and proceeds to hand it to me. As I’m reaching my arm out the window I ask her, “so is this the same cup you just handed the car in front of me?” I’m holding the cup out of my car window because I’m waiting on a response. She turns to her coworker and says “should I just get it remade?” Her coworker looked frustrated and requested the drink be remade. Then the barista who failed to answer my question or even simply say hey I accidentally gave her your cup but she didn’t drink it or she sipped it but I’m getting it remade would have went a long way. She requested I pull up then changed her mind because there was no car behind me. I sat and waited just to get to work and taste my drink and it’s made with the wrong milk. It’s not my week. For future staff should know taking drinks/food back through the window is not a good look, especially to the cars behind them. The first thought is that was my food/drink and someone else just breathed/went through it.

By far the dirtiest starbucks I have ever seen or been to. Would not recommend. They were out of nitro coldbrew. On the app it said no Frappuccinos but they were making them when i went in. All trashcans were overflowing and the stations were filthy. Flys everywhere containers spilled all over the counter. Just utterly disgusting. Bathrooms were horrible. Do better!
