I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received at Chick-fil-A (Boca Chica by four corners Brownsville, Tx.) today. Our waiter went above and beyond—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made sure everything was perfect, checked in without hovering, and treated us like valued guests, not just another order. It’s rare to see service like this anymore, and it truly made our visit special. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

I have come to the Chick-fil-A for the past year and I normally come a lot even before the past year but in this recent year, every time I have come they forget something that I have to call them back for. I have never had to do that with any restaurant and believe me when it comes to Chick-fil-A you would think they’re on top of everything which normally other Chick-fil-A’s are but this one in particular on Boca chica I always have something missing it could be food it could be a utensil luckily I park by curbside all the time so I’m able to call them back, can you imagine having to go home and then having a missing item. I always check my food no matter what because I don’t have time to be coming back to the restaurant. Ever since my little ones were born I don’t even need in a restaurant anymore and this is the reason why because they are too small so when something is missing, it’s hard for me to go back the same day. Just wanted to make this review because I feel that hopefully this will help this restaurant get their people on track and I’m not one to complain I like to make positive compliments on things but I think for this whole time that I’ve been having to call in for these little things that are just simple to remember, it’s about time I posted about it we live in a world where social media is sometimes better to get points across.

Poor attention to detail. Told our drive-thru order to the young kid, twice, he repeated the order back correctly, yet we still received the wrong order. We had explained our daughter has a dairy allergy so we stated “No Cheese” on the side salad. Twice. Arrived home to eat our food and my daughter’s salad had cheese. I’ll call back for a refund as she was unable to eat it. Unacceptable. Service needs to be better.

Yaaay! We had a great time today at CFA…most of the time I just ordered the #6 combo, replace the fries w a side salad and instead of croutons I put hot cheetos in my salad (gotta have something crunchy!) So today I didn’t had any hot cheetos w me and totally forgot that they don’t have croutons, I sent my daughter to ask for some and they gave her chili lime pepitas and seasoned tortillas strips…it totally made a difference! I added these 2 to my salad and it tasted super good!!! From now on its side salad w pepitas and tortilla strips!!!
